近年来,随着物联网、云计算、移动互联等信息技术的快速发展,信息化在人们的日常生活中发挥着非常重要的作用,同时也改变了人们的生活方式。并且随着我国经济的快速发展,系统集成行业和信息化建设已经成为了国家发展战略,并且对国家整体经济的发展有着战略性的意义。因此,越来越多的系统集成商也像雨后春笋般涌现出来,使得行业的竞争越来越大,同时也就导致了利润逐渐下滑。 本文以Y系统集成公司 (Y公司) 作为主要研究对象。Y公司成立于1988年,也是伴随着系统集成行业成长的一家老牌公司,公司是为交通、政府、教育等行业提供集成项目设计、系统应用解决方案直至全方位项目实施的高科技类公司。近年来,Y公司由于业务营销方面的问题导致公司利润下滑的现象。本文应用了PEST分析、波特五力模型和SWOT分析、STP理论、关系营销理论等相关营销理论工具,通过对Y公司所处的外部环境和内部环境的深入分析,了解到Y公司在业务营销中存在的相关问题,如大客户营销策略的缺乏、销售模式过于单一、服务意识淡薄、业务团队缺乏培训。结合目标市场选择和市场定位以及关系营销和营销组合等相关理论,提出Y公司针对上述问题的业务营销调整方案。Y公司应加大对目前优势行业的深挖,对重点客户的关系营销做到位,并同时结合营销组合策略开展全面的业务营销工作,而且要对其它有潜力行业加大投入,同时对公司的营销结构和树立公司品牌意识及建立完善的激励制度、加强团队建设等方面出进一步调整。从而有效的保证企业新的营销策略的实施落地,希望通过这一系列措施能改善Y公司现有状况,从而扩大公司市场占有率,也希望有利于其它同类型公司学习和借鉴,最终对完善系统集成行业市场的业务营销管理有所帮助。 |

In recent years, with the rapid development of information technology such as the Internet of Things, cloud computing, and mobile internet, information technology has played a very important role in people's daily lives, and changed people's lifestyles. And with the rapid development of China's economy, system integration industry and information construction have become national development strategies, and have strategic significance for the development of the country's overall economy. Therefore, more and more system integrators have sprung up like mushrooms, making the industry more and more competitive, and at the same time, which has led to a gradual decline in profits. In this paper, Y systems integration company (Company Y) was considered as the main object of my study. Company Y was established in 1988 and has been an long-established company with the growth of the system integration industry. The company is a high-tech company that provides integrated project design, system application solutions to all-round project implementation for the transportation, government, and education industries. In recent years, due to business marketing problems, Company Y's performance and profit have both declined. Using PEST analysis, Porter Five Forces analysis, SWOT analysis, relationship marketing and other related marketing tools, results indicated there were several problems, like undefined marker positioning and target market, uninnovative marketing model, weak service awareness, lack of training for business team, existing in business marketing through in-depth analysis of the macro- and micro-environment of Company Y's locating in and the internal situation. Combining related theories of target marketing, relationship marketing, and marketing mix, business marketing solutions for Company Y to address the above issues were proposed. which included that company Y should increase deep digging into the current advantageous industries, do well in the relationship marketing of key customers, and carry out comprehensive business marketing work in combination with the marketing mix strategy, and increase investment in other potential industries and at the same time The marketing structure and the establishment of the company's brand awareness, the establishment of a sound incentive system, strengthening of team building and other aspects should improve. As a guarantee system for the implementation of corporate marketing strategies, such measures may work in improving the existing situation of Company Y, thereby expanding the company's market share, and help other companies of the same type to draw lessons, resulting in helping improve the business marketing management of the system integration industry. |
