本研究在充分吸收前人研究成果的基础上，通过专家访谈、文献查阅以及资料收集等研究方法，对北京市高校女篮攻击性防守的现状进行了调查研究，反映出北京市高校女篮在攻击性防守能力和现状的有待提高，高校教练针对于攻击性防守的训练方法也待于进一步完善，并根据几年来的实际经验，结合已有的研究成果，提出较合理、可行的训练方法和手段。 本研究比较和分析了北京市高校女篮参加第8届CUBA比赛的全部数据，目的是通过和参加此次比赛的其他省市的队伍进行比较、分析、总结，从中找出目前北京高校女篮在攻击性防守方面和其他队伍的优缺点，以便在以后的训练和比赛中能够更好的做到有的放矢，逐步提高北京高校女篮的攻击性防守的能力，从而提高整体实力水平，并且在训练方法和手段上进行了大量的实验，从中找出更好的能够提高攻击性防守能力的训练方法和手段。 通过分析，得出以下结论： 1、参加第8届CUBA女子篮球联赛东北赛区比赛的北京高校队伍中北京大学在助攻、抢断和盖帽等几个攻击性防守指标上跟其他参赛队伍相比，有着明显的优势，其他两所北京高校则没有明显优势；而在犯规、失误这两个指标上，跟其他的队伍相比相差不多，没有明显的优势。 2、参加第8届CUBA女子篮球联赛东北赛区比赛的北京高校队伍中，北京大学女篮在各项指标上较其他的北京队伍有着较大的优势，北京师范大学和北京科技大学同北京大学相比，还存在着一定的差距。 撰写本文的主要目的是了解北京高校女篮目前的攻击性防守的现状，并通过现状的调查总结出存在的问题以及提出能够合理解决问题的意见和建议，也就是提高攻击性防守能力的方法和手段，从而为高校女篮工作者提供参考和借鉴。
