南锣鼓巷是北京重要的历史文化街区，理应对南锣鼓巷进行合理的“保护”和“开发”，近年来，南锣鼓巷由于旅游业的兴起，导致了街区内商业过度发展，并与南锣鼓巷的非物质文化遗产、物质遗产的保护与传承产生了矛盾。由此本文以南锣鼓巷“风铃酒馆”作为个案进行调查，从微观的角度分析“风铃酒馆”通过挖掘建筑民俗、酒文化民俗与饮食民俗的内涵，实现自身经济与文化的有机统一的具体案例，以期为南锣鼓巷历史文化街区的“保护”与“开发”提供一些借鉴和启示。

South Luogu Lane is an important historical and cultural block in Beijing . It should carry out reasonable “protection” and “development” of South Luogu Lane. In recent years, South Luogu Lane has led to the excessive development of commercial districts due to the rise of tourism. There is a huge contradiction between the business delevopment and protection of cultural heritage. In this paper, the "Windbell Tavern" of South Luogu Lane is used as a case study. The author analyzes the architectural folklore, wine culture folklore and dietary folklore of "Windbell Tavern" from a microscopic perspective, hoping to Provide some lessons and inspiration to "protect" and "develop" the historical and cultural districts of China.
