本论文着重介绍了Andreev-Saint-James(ASJ)反射的原理和应用。所谓ASJ反射是指:当偏压比能隙低的时候,在普通金属与超导体的界面发生的电子空穴反射。 1)对普通金属(N)与超导体(S)接触的N/S体系和S/N/S体系的分析表明,普通金属与超导体的干净的接触可以形成短暂的ASJ态。因此,可以利用隧道效应,通过一个普通金属做的电极与 d-波超导体适当的表面接触来研究ASJ束缚态和超导体。 2)介绍了Sharvin接触(ASJ光谱学研究的一个工具)的制作和Blonder-Tinkham-Klapwijk(BTK)模型在研究ASJ反射中的应用。ASJ光谱学是研究高温超导体可靠而定量的分光镜工具,当在波腹方向使用时,能得到精确的能隙值,也可在获得的电导曲线上看到d-波对称效应的影响。对 (100)面和(110)面的实验结果进行比较发现:用(100)面确定能隙值比用(110)面好,但(110)面对序参数的对称性更灵敏。 3)介绍了(110)面的低Z接触、高Z接触以及磁场下的高Z接触的一些实验结果。 4)最后,介绍了激光分子束外延(LMBE)及超高真空变温四探针SPM系统,并对利用该系统先进的技术优势从事与ASJ反射相关的实验研究的大致方案进行了探讨。

This review introduces the theory and application of Andreev-Saint-James (ASJ) reflection.The so-called ASJ reflection is the electron-hole reflection which will happen in the interface of a normal metal/superconductor at bias smaller than the energy gap. 1)The normal-metal/superconductor(N/S) and S/N/S systems were first analyzed,result is the formation of a short-lived ASJ state if the N/S contact is clean. Hence the ASJ bound state and the superconductor could be studied by tunneling from a normal-metal electrode through a contact at the appropriate surface of the d-wave superconductor. 2)Then,the fabrication of the Sharvin contact,which is the ideal tool for the study of ASJ spectroscopy,and the application of Blonder-Tinkham-Klapwijk(BTK)model in the research of ASJ reflection were reviewed.ASJ spectroscopy is a reliable and quantitative spectroscopic tool for the study of high-Tc superconductors. It is possible to gain accurate value of energy gap and the influence of d-wave symmetry effect on conduct curve for the antinodal orientation. Comparing the results on the (100)-oriented faces and the (110)-oriented faces, is found that the former faces could measure the value of energy gap better, but the latter faces could be more sensitive to the order parameters. 3) The review also introduces the experiment results of low-Z contacts, high-Z contacts and high-Z contacts under magnetic fields on the (110)-oriented faces. 4) The last section introduces the laser molecular beam epitaxy(LMBE) and the ultra-high vacuum variable temperature 4-probe SPM system, and makes some discussions on the study of the experiment which related to the ASJ reflection by using the advanced technologies of the system.
