互动作为人类社会生存和发展的前提,沿着历史变迁的轨迹运演更替。技术催生着时代变革,随着互联网时代的的兴起,人际互动不再是传统意义上的面对面的互动,借助社交媒体进行互动已经成为生活常态。微信作为国内9亿人都在使用的社交媒体,在众多社交媒体中脱颖而出。与传统人际互动中语言符号作为交流介质的互动模式不同,作为非语言符号的微信表情在社交媒体交流中承载着更多的信息。互动双方根据微信表情所传达的符号信息建立角色,满足了沟通情感、表达态度的需要。微信表情使用中的互动双方基于个体对“自我”的认识,结合相关语境和交往利益选择不同的表情符号,扮演着不同的角色,最终实现对“自我”的认同。 本文以乔治·赫伯特·米德符号互动论作为理论框架,结合欧文·戈夫曼的“拟剧理论”,以微信表情符号使用中的人际互动模式为例,对社交媒体给人际互动带来的影响进行深入探讨,以问卷调查法作为研究方法,收集整理关于微信表情使用情况的相关数据,结合数据对微信表情的使用情况、微信表情的使用动机、微信表情使用中的人际互动模式以及微信表情给人际互动带来的影响进行分析,最终回归传播学理论和前沿问题,探讨社交媒体对人际互动产生了哪些影响。 研究发现,微信表情的使用一方面可以更好地表达情感、展示友好,增进人际关系,使得情感可视化并形成多元化的人际互动,另一方面,去文字化符号产生了意义的模糊,使人际情感呈现虚拟化特征。在互联网和人工智能强势推动社会进步和占据人们生活的同时,社交媒体的使用一方面建构着人际互动的新型情境,另一方面却也逐步缔结着传统人际互动的规范。人际关系的良性运转建立在规范的人际互动模式当中,如何将社交媒体中的人际互动和传统人际互动进行融合仍值得当下思考。

As a prerequisite for the survival and development of human society, interaction is replaced by the track of historical changes. Technology has spawned the transformation of the times. With the rise of the Internet era, interpersonal interaction is no longer a face-to-face interaction in the traditional sense. Interaction with social media has become the norm of life. As the social media used by the 900 million people in China, WeChat stands out in many social media. Unlike traditional interpersonal interaction, the interaction mode of language symbols as communication media is different. As a non-verbal symbol, WeChat expression carries more information in social media communication. The interactive parties establish roles according to the symbolic information conveyed by the WeChat expression to meet the needs of communicating emotions and expressing attitudes. The interaction sides of WeChat expression use different understanding of their own selves, and combine different contextual and interest symbols to play different roles. Finally, they realize their self identification. This paper uses George Herbert Meade’s symbolic interaction theory as the theoretical framework, and combined with Owen Goffman's "quasi drama" theory, the interpersonal interaction model in the use of WeChat expression as an example, to explore the impact of social media for interpersonal interaction, taking questionnaire as the research method, collected relevant data about the use of the expression of WeChat analysis of interpersonal interaction model.Combined with the data on the use of WeChat, the author analysed WeChat facial expression using motivation, and influences in the use of WeChat. WeChat brings to the expression of interaction. Finally returns to the communication theory and current issues, then analyse influences social media does on interpersonal interaction. The study found that the use of WeChat expression one can better express feelings and show friendship, enhance interpersonal relationship, make emotion visualizing and interpersonal interaction diversified. On the other hand, symbols have a meaning vague, make interpersonal interaction virtual. While Internet and AI promoting social progress and occupying people's life, the use of social media, on the one hand, constructs new situations of interpersonal interaction. On the other hand, it also gradually establishes norms of traditional interpersonal interaction. The healthy operation of interpersonal relationship is based on normative interpersonal interaction mode. How to integrate social interaction and traditional interpersonal interaction is still worth considering.
