近年来,随着城镇化的发展,对于各种污染物的排放标准也日益严格。而农村污水由于其分布分散且范围广、难以收集、水量变化大、氮磷负荷高等特点,不经处理处理直接排入河流和农田中,会对于农村饮用水源以及环境质量造成危害。本设计根据国家规定的相关规范、标准等,针对农村生活污水特点,以华北地区为设计背景,设计小型一体化污水处理设备。设计水量为6 m3/d ,出水要求达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)的一级A标准。经过不同工艺的对比分析以及对进出水水质分析,本设计选用厌氧滤池以及生物接触氧化工艺作为主体工艺,污水经过格栅过滤后进入调节池,之后进入一体化污水处理设备,在流经厌氧、好氧、消毒区后出水,预期COD、BOD5、TN、TP去除率分别为:84%、94%、70%、80%。 |

In recent years, with the development of urbanization, the emission standards for various pollutants have become increasingly strict. Rural sewage, due to its dispersed distribution, wide range, difficult to collect, large changes in water volume, high nitrogen and phosphorus load, is directly discharged into rivers and farmland after simple ditch or septic tank treatment, which will cause harm to rural drinking water sources and environmental quality. According to the relevant norms and standards stipulated by the state, this design aims at the characteristics of rural domestic sewage, and takes North China as the design background, and designs small integrated sewage treatment equipment. The design water volume is 6 m3/d, and the effluent requirements meet the Grade A standard of Pollutant Discharge Standard for Urban Sewage Treatment Plant (GB 18918 -- 2002). After the comparative analysis of different processes and the analysis of water quality in and out of the design, the anaerobic filter and biological contact oxidation process as the main process, sewage through the grid filtration into the regulation tank, and then into the integrated sewage treatment equipment, after flowing through the anaerobic, aerobic, disinfection area, effluent water quality can meet the design expectations. |
