大学阶段是LGBT身份认同的集中期,而目前我国LGBT人群的生存状态仍堪忧。LGBT大学生的心理健康状况，以及影响这一群体自杀意念产生的危险因素受到本研究关注。本文将LGBT大学生作为研究对象，以北京师范大学为个案，通过问卷调查和个别访谈的研究方式，对北京师范大学LGBT大学生的心理健康情况进行描述统计。并尝试分析影响自杀意念产生的危险因素，提出改善LGBT大学生心理健康状况以及较少自杀意念产生的对策和建议。 研究发现拒绝向他人表明自己的性取向、家庭性教育缺乏以及遭受社会歧视、侮辱、暴力是影响LGBT大学生自杀意念产生的危险因素。为了改善LGBT大学生的心理健康状况，需要向这一人群提供自我认同心理支持、重视家庭性教育并提高性取向知识在家庭性教育中的比重以及对公众进行性少数群体相关知识普及。

The university stage is a concentration period for LGBT identity to be identified through contact with LGBT information. Currently, the living status of the LGBT community in China is still worrying. This study focuses on the psychological health of LGBT college students and the risk factors that influence the suicidal ideation of this group. In this thesis, LGBT students are selected as the research object based on the case of Beijing Normal University. Through questionnaire and individual interview, this research aims to identify the psychological health of LGBT students in Beijing normal university with statistics analysis. Moreover, it also intends to analyze the risk factors of suicidal ideation to present corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to improve the psychological health status of LGBT college students and lessen suicidal ideation. The study found that the risk factors of LGBT college students' suicidal ideation include refusing to admit their sexual orientation in public, lack of family education, social discrimination, and insults and violence. In order to improve their psychological health status, LGBT students need to be provided with psychological support for self-identification and emphasis on sex education in family. In addition, the proportion of sexual orientation knowledge should be enlarged in family sex education with more popularization about knowledge of sexual minorities.
