该文对部编版的初中、高中语文教材里的职业形象进行研究,对其进行比较和分析。该研究从职业形象的外在和内在两个维度展开。在外在部分的维度上,主要 考察职业形象的数量、国别、性别、外表、社会地位。在内在部分的维度上,主要 考察道德修养、内在心理和职业能力。研究表明,在初中和高中教材中,单位负责人的职业形象数量在初中三年级和高一年级达到峰值。两个阶段的教材着重刻画了农民、单位领导、军人、科研人员四类职业形象。符合教科书期望的职业形象应该 是中国国籍且外表朴素。他们的职业取向多为现实型、企业型和社会型。他们勇敢、正直、热情,具有“吃苦耐劳”“坚韧不拔”的优秀个人道德品质,以及“敬业奉 献”和“爱党爱国”的社会道德品质,同时具有专业的知识和技能。主流职业形象具有政治文化意义,而边缘职业形象源于现实的边缘状况。教材中职业形象随机分 布的背后,是语文教育中渗透职业生涯教育的意识缺位。 |

This article mainly compares and analyzes the images of occupations in the Chinese textbooks of Chinese junior middle school and senior high school compiled by the Ministry of Education.The research is carried out from two dimensions: the external part and the internal part of the occupational images.The external part includes the number of occupational images, gender, country, appearance, prestige status.The inner part includes the morality, psychology and competence of the occupational images.The research shows that in the distribution of the number of occupational images in junior high school and high school textbooks, the number of occupational images of unit heads reaches its peak in the third and first grade of junior high school.The textbooks of the two academic stages focus on portraying the four types of occupational images of farmers, unit leaders, soldiers, and scientific researchers.The occupational image that meets the expectations of textbooks should be of Chinese nationality with a plain appearance.Their occupational orientation is mostly realistic, entrepreneurial, and social, and they have outstanding personal moral qualities of "hard work" and "perseverance". They are brave, just, and enthusiastic, with the social moral qualities of "devotion to work" and "loving the party and the country", as well as excellent knowledge and skills.The mainstream occupational image bears political and cultural significance, the marginal occupational image originates from the marginal situation of reality, and behind the random distribution of occupational image in textbooks is the lack of consciousness infiltrated into career education in Chinese education. |
