本文系基于对北京市两所全国重点大学社会工作本科人才培养模式比较的研究。本文在导言中对研究的背景、方法和意义进行了必要的说明。本文的主题部分运用大量的数据资料和访谈资料从指导思想、功能目标、实现条件、活动程序、效果评价五个方面对两校的社会工作人才培养模式进行比较，通过分析研究发现两校培养模式在具有合理性和适用性的同时也具有局限性和狭隘性，探讨如何完善适合重点高校社会工作本科人才培养的模式。

This thesis is based on the comparison between teaching models of two national key universities. It includes necessary instruction of study backgrounds, methods and merits in its foreword. The key part of this thesis compares the social work teaching model between the two universities by using large amount of statistic and interview data in terms of guiding idea, functional target, practical condition activity procedure and result evaluation. And through such comparison and analysis, we realize that the existing teaching models of the two universities are reasonable and practical as well as restricted and parochial. Finally, we study on finding out a teaching model that suits the development of high-level social work talents.
