做一名合格的幼儿教师,既要具有全面、丰富的知识和优良的道德品质,又要有较好的教育教学和组织幼儿各项活动的能力,还必须要有一副健康的体魄,健康的体魄是做好教师工作的基础。幼儿园教师主要来源于幼儿师范学校,幼儿园体育活动又是幼儿园教育的重要内容,因此,幼儿师范学校体育教学任务艰巨。幼师体育不仅仅是促进学生的生理发展、心理发展、社会适应,而且还对适应学生未来的职业能力有着独特的价值,是使得学生体、德、智、美及职业能力发展的一种综合性教育手段。在幼儿师范学校学前专业学生教育中,体育的重要价值越来越受到人们的关注。山西省的幼儿师范学校发展比较有特色,近几年招生人数保持稳定。本文通过对山西省幼儿师范学校体育教学对象、体育师资情况、教学内容、教学方法及所使用教材等多方面进行深层次的调查分析,并在此基础上结合幼儿师范学校体育教学实际情况,提出今后山西省幼儿师范学校学前教育专业体育教学发展的主要对策:体育教学与学前专业相结合的教学,要研究教材,研究教学,研究学生的择业、就业,研究评价体系,最大限度地发掘学生的潜能,接近生活,还原生活,建立幼儿师范学校体育教学与幼儿园体育活动密切联系的观念,树立“健身为主,发展技能”的幼师体育价值观,提高幼师学生的观察指导与帮助能力、口令指挥调队能力、领操和编操能力、游戏实践能力和动手能力;强化幼师体育的科学化建设;加强体育教材的开发、利用、创新;加强幼师体育师资建设;建立幼师、幼儿园结合培养的专业体育理念;树立“师当头,能为本,零对接”的幼师体育教学理念。本研究以山西省太原、运城、长治、大同、忻州市等五个地市级幼儿师范学校学前教育专业体育教师和学生为研究对象,运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、观察法、逻辑分析法、数理统计法等对山西省幼儿师范学校学前教育专业体育教学现状进行调查分析,得出山西省幼儿师范学校学前教育专业体育教学存在的问题,并提出能够促进其发展的相关对策。

To be a qualified kindergarten teacher,one should be equipped with well-balanced,profound knowledge,and excellent moral chaeacters,teaching and organizing abilities.Besides,a healthy body is essential,for teaching well is on the basis of it.Most of the kindergarten teachers mainly come from pre-school normal schools.Therefore,physical education is a tough task as P.E can not only promote students’ physical and mental growth,but help them adapt to their future careers as well.So P.E is regarded as an integrated educational means by which students can develop their physical,moral,intelligent and professional abilities.Nowadays P.E is stressed more and more among the students majoring in pre-school education.Shanxi Pre-school Normal School has been developing in it’s own way.In the last years the number of it’s students stays stable.This paper puts forward the main strategies by which pre-school P.E teaching can be developed in Shanxi Pre-school Normal school in the near future on the basis of the further analysis of teaching subjects P.Estaff,teaching facilities,teaching content,teaching methods and syllibus.The strategies are as follows.P.E should be combined with different majors.It is demanded that teachers should study how to utilize syllibus,how to teach well,how to help the students find jobs and how to give the students proper assessment and how to develop the students’ potential at the highest possible level.It is also demanded that P.E teaching should be close to real life,return to life in Pre-school Normal school.Besides,close relationships should be built up between P.E teaching in pre-school mormal schools and that in kindergartens.The teachers should help the students focus on their fitness,and meanwhile develp their skills,such as the students’ abilities to observe,command,help others and make up physical exercises and practical ability to play games.In addition,Shanxi Pre-school Normal school should enforce P.E scientific construction and syllibus should be developed,applied and created and the quality of P.E teachers should also be improved.A conception should be built up that Shanxi Pre-school Normal School coopevate with kindergartens to train professional P.E teachers.And shanxi pre-school Normal School should also hold the P.E teaching notion that the teachers act as examples,the students equip themselves with skills and they interact face to face.The research selects theteacherand students majoring in pre-school education as the research subjects from five municipal kindergartens in Taiyuan,Yuncheng,changzhi,Datong and Xinzhou and does research into the current situation of P.E teaching in pre-school education of Shanxi Pre-school Normal School by theoretical material,questionaire,observation,logical analysis and mathematical statistics.The paper comes to the comclusion that some problems exist in P.E teaching in pre-school education of Shanxi Pre-school Normal School.and at the same time the author puts forward some solutions and relevant measures to these problems.
