大学生的诚信道德建设是公民道德建设的重要内容，对经济和社会的发展都有着重大价值，是一项较为复杂的系统工程。当前经济和社会发展对大学生的诚信品质提出了更高、更严的要求。诚信教育并非一般的知识性教育，诚信教育有着非常强的主体实践性。道德教育的整个过程，并非是道德主体理解并接受了一个原理、一个理论后就自觉完成了，而是需要接受主体通过实践体验，内化为自我的一种需要、一种信念，并自主自觉的在接受理论的同时加以实践才能具有效果，这是道德与一般知识的主要区别。 本文以社会、学校、家庭和个人的角度分析当代大学生诚信道德存在问题的原因以及趋向，市场经济时代重利轻义的社会风气是当代大学生诚信道德薄弱的深层社会根源，现代家庭 “培养强者”的育人观念是当代大学生诚信道德薄弱的基础性原因，传统教育重知识轻素质的教育观念是当代大学生诚信道德薄弱的间接诱因，个体急功近利的事业观是当代大学生诚信道德薄弱的直接动因。 通过综合分析，指出当前高校诚信道德教育由于脱离社会生活实际，流于空谈、脱离学生发展需要，流于形式、缺乏有效机制、与法律、纪律和其他奖惩手段配合不够、缺少完备体系，社会、学校、家庭协调不力等原因造成了实效匮乏的现状，因此，必须从五个方面加以改进：（1）正本清源，营造诚信社会风气，（2）深化教育改革，落实素质为本、操守为重的教育理念，（3）立足学生生活实际，加强诚信学风建设，培养诚信人格，（4）制度、法律和教育全面推进，多角度塑造诚信楷模，（5）学校、家庭、社会齐抓共管，全方位开展诚信教育。 总体说来，当前高校并不是缺失诚信教育的机制，也不缺少诚信教育的资源，而是在制度和方式方法上存在着缺陷。本文所提出的改进措施，正是基于这样的现实，从社会风气改进、教育理论创新、制度的完善和整体环境的改善入手，全面提高当代大学生诚信教育的实效性。

The construction of integrity and morality of college students is a crucial part of the citizen's morality construction .It is a complicated system that the development of economy and the society. Currently, more strict requirements are risen by the development of the economy and society to the college students' integrity. Integrity education should be distinguished from the normal teaching education. It needs the participators to practce it. Puring the whole process of integrity education, the learners should not only understand the theory ,but also to practise it and form their own needs and creeds. After many times of combination of theory and practice ,integrity education would go into effect. This is the main difference between morality and general knowledge. The essay discusses the reason of college students' moral problems and its trend based on four aspects of society, school, family and individual. We found the root reason of the weak in integrity and morality of college students is the money worshipment and lack of loyalty in the market economy.The fundamental reason of that is the opinion"my kid needs to be great in the modern families. The inderect cause is the method of "knowledge is important than quality" in traditional education. And the direct cause is the attitudes toward success that they are anxious to achieve quick success and get instant benefits. After general analyze, we can see that integrity and morality education in high schools has been seperated form the reality, form the needs of students, and lack of efficient systemed merchanism that combined low,rules and award-punishment, and incooperate relationship of society, family and school. Therefore, we need to improve it from follow five aspect: we need to create an honest atmosphere in the society. Deepen the further education reformation, implement the teaching methods of quality-oriented education and morality-come-first education. Stand on the roles of students, improve the integrity atmosphere then train them into well behaved men. Promote the system, law, education in the same time make an example for students. School, family and society should work together to do integrity and morality education work. Generally speaking, it's not the high schools that lack in system construction or source of integrity and morality education, but there are some shortcomes in systems and methods. What we mentioned in this easy is based on those reality ,and improve the timelessness of integrity education of modern college students by changing the social environment, innovating the teaching methods, improving the system and the overall environment
