本文以北京市西藏中学高中三个年级藏族学生的跨文化适应为个案，对内地西藏班藏族学生的文化适应问题进行研究。论文从对北京市西藏中学藏族学生的文化适应入手，总结调查数据，并进行追因分析，总结了内地西藏班跨文化适应的一般规律，同时针对目前内地西藏班的教育现状指出了不足，并提出了详尽的改进方法和策略。论文在第一章绪论部分介绍了选题的缘起，通过介绍内地西藏班学生的跨文化适应研究现状，阐述了论文研究的实践意义和研究价值。论文第二章主要介绍了内地西藏班的历史与现状，简述了西藏的教育状况，并介绍了北京西藏中学的诞生与现在。论文第三章主要介绍了对北京西藏中学进行调查的个案背景、基本状况以及所取得的调查结果。调查分别从学生的环境适应、生活适应、学习适应、情感适应、语言适应、身份认同适应等方面展开,并对其适应状况的现状进行了数据分析和总结。论文第四章对内地西藏班学生跨文化适应状况调查的结果进行了追因，从民族心理学的角度来分析内地西藏班学生的文化适应总体情况；从发展心理学的角度来分析内地西藏班学生处于特殊的年龄阶段时对文化的适应；从个体文化适应理论的角度来分析内地西藏班学生的个体文化适应；从多元文化整合教育理论的角度分析内地西藏班学生群体文化适应。论文第五章，笔者主要从学校方面，提出了针对内地西藏班学生的文化适应现状的具体改进措施。结语部分笔者就研究过程中的一些认识和启发进行了总结和阐述。

The paper examines cultural adaptation of Tibetan students of Tibetan School(Class) in inland China from the perspective of cultural anthropology. The paper choose Beijing Tibetan High School as a case. Based on the investigation data about cultural adaptation of Tibetan students of Beijing Tibetan High School, the paper analyses the reality and causes, concludes the general situation of Tibetan students’ cultural adaptation in inland Tibetan School, points out the problems existed in inland Tibetan School, and gives suggestions about the problems.Chapter 1. Describing the reasons of choosing this topic, reviewing related literatures and expounding the values of this research.Chapter 2.Describing the history and reality of Tibetan School in inland China, the unique Tibetan history and culture ,and the development of Tibetan education.Chapter 3. analyzing the data of field study of Beijing Tibetan High School ,which includes Tibetan students’ environment adaptation, life and learning adaptation, emotion adaptation ,language adaptation, and identity adaptation. Chapter 4. analyzing the causes of the field study results from the perspective of minority psychology , development psychology, theory of culture function of education ,and theory of multi-culture integration Chapter 5.giving suggestions on improving Tibetan students’ cultural adaptation.
