儿童身心健康发展是社会各界重点关注的问题,国务院办公厅于2016年印发《关于强化学校体育促进学生身心健康全面发展的意见》该政策明确指出学校体育应尽可能多的设计内容丰富且适合学生参与的运动形式,课内课外体育锻炼要相辅相成,以保障学生每日锻炼时长。国家体质健康测试也随着时间和社会的发展不断调整不同阶段学生的达标标准,由此可见,发展儿童的身体素质使得儿童拥有健康的体魄是非常重要的。

关于运动与儿童认知功能关系的探究一直是研究的热点之一。注意力作为认知能力的一部分,对于组织工作和任务效率至关重要。6-7岁儿童处于注意力稳定性发展的关键时期,如果没有在儿童时期及时发展注意力稳定性,会导致学习能力下降,严重会出现认知障碍。已有研究表明,运动是有效改善注意力稳定性的方法之一,针对该年龄阶段儿童的身心特点,设计出适合6-7岁儿童的短时中等强度运动干预方案,在实验过程中对运动强度进行严格把控以达到提高儿童身体素质和发展注意力稳定性的目的。 本研究采用文献资料法、实验法、数理统计法,选取北京市第二实验小学66名6-7岁儿童为实验对象,分为实验组和对照组各男性儿童17人,女性儿童16人,实验组进行短时中等强度体能操练习,对照组进行学校组织的正常体育活动。对实验组和对照组进行实验指标的前后测,测试数据运用spss26.0软件进行分析,观察实验方案对儿童身体素质和注意力稳定性产生的影响。 研究结果表明: 1. 实验组儿童实验后一分钟跳绳、50米跑、坐位体前屈、立定跳远、沙包掷远水平高于对照组儿童的水平具有显著性差异,说明短时中等强度体能操可以满足6-7岁儿童身体素质全面提升的要求。 2. 实验组儿童实验后注意力稳定性水平显著提升,且具有显著性差异,说明短时中等强度体能操可以有效提升6-7岁儿童的注意力稳定性水平,基于性别角度来看,男性儿童较女性儿童注意力稳定性水平提升更高。 3. 对照组儿童实验后注意力稳定性水平稍有提升但不具有显著性差异,说明对照组的练习内容对对照组儿童注意力稳定性水平的积极影响不大。 4. 将实验组儿童与对照组儿童实验后的注意力稳定性整体水平进行比较后发现,实验组儿童的注意力稳定性整体水平高于对照组儿童,具有显著性差异,说明本研究所采取的运动干预方案行之有效。 |

All sectors of society are very concerned about the physical and mental development of children. In 2016, the General Office of the State Council issued the "Opinions on Strengthening School Sports to Promote the All-round Development of Students’ Physical and Mental Health." The duration of daily exercise.The National Physical Fitness Exam also continuously adjusts student standards at various stages as time and society evolve. The above policy fully states that developing a child's physical fitness is extremely important for a child to have a healthy physical fitness. Exploring the relationship between sport and children's cognitive function has long been one of the hotspots of research. Attention as part of the cognitive ability is necessary for the efficiency of the organization's work and tasks. Children between the ages of 6 and 7 are at an important time in developing fixation of attention. Failure to develop attention stability as a child can lead to impaired learning and severe cognitive impairment. However, some research suggest that exercise is one of the most helpful ways to enhance attention stability. According to the corresponding physical and mental characteristics , short-term, moderate-intensity exercises are designed for children aged 6 to 7 years. Take strict control to achieve the goal of improving your child's fitness and increasing the alarm stability. The study is divided into experimental group and control group, aged between 6-7 years old, each group contains 17 female children and 16 male children. The children in the experimental group performed the training program designed by the author, and the children in the control group performed ordinary sports activities organized by the school. Test the required indicators twice and use the spss26.0 for analysis. and the effect of the experimental program on the child's physical fitness and attention stability was observed. . .. According to the survey: 1. Medium-intensity short-term exercise can effectively improve speed, blast, flexibility, stamina and fitness in children between the ages of 6 and 7 years old,indicating good exercise intervention program line taken effect in this study. 2. In terms of improvement in general attention and stability of children between the ages of 6-7, medium-intensity short-term exercise works remarkable. The effect of the intervention of the experimental group shows superiority over that of the control group. From a gender perspective, Male children make greater progress than female children 3. In the control group, no considerable discrepancy in the stability of attention in boys and girls before and after the experiment has been presented, which indicates that the exercise content could’t improve the stability of attention of the control group. 4. After the experiment, the overall level of attention stability in the experimental group was significantly higher the control group,indicating good exercise intervention program line taken effect in this study. |
