随着社会经济的快速发展和高新技术的应用,IT互联网行业发展迅猛,作为IT互联网行业主力军的程序员面临着高度的行业竞争、超负荷的工作量等,这使得工作不安全感在程序员群体之中广泛存在。而当前国内外对程序员工作不安全感的干预研究并不多,主要研究方向在组织、制度层面,个体层面的干预也主要集中在压力应对、能力提升、自信培养等较为宽泛的领域,缺乏针对性。鉴于此,本研究采用叙事疗法对一名有着较高工作不安全感的程序员进行干预研究。整体上,咨询依据叙事疗法的框架来进行,咨询师在咨询过程中不断进行个案概念化,针对来访者的特点进行灵活调整,共进行了八次咨询和一次回访。

本研究采用工作不安全感量表、一般自我效能感量表(GSES)以及Rosenberg编制的自尊量表(SES)这3个量表对被试进行了4次测量,4次测量的时间点分别为咨询开始前、咨询中期(第4次咨询后)、咨询结束时以及咨询结束一个月之后的回访时。从咨询结果来看,该程序员自述对于会被辞退的焦虑得到明显缓解,对自己的职业发展有了新的理解和规划,自我效能感和自尊水平均有显著提升,工作不安全感显著降低。这表明整体咨询达到了预期效果,叙事疗法方法对程序员工作不安全感的干预是有效的。

本研究采用叙事治疗的方法对程序员工作不安全感进行干预,对已有理论的实践效果进行了验证,提供一个新的、更加适用于程序员群体的具体干预方法。对于被试来说,本研究帮助其探索自己的职业认同,发现自己的优势资源,提升自尊与自我效能感,减轻工作不安全感,建构出了更为丰富的工作意义,有效促进其生涯发展。

With the rapid development of social economy and the application of high-tech, IT internet industry is developing rapidly. As the main force of IT internet industry, programmers are facing high industry competition and overload workload, which makes the work insecurity of programmers become a common phenomenon. At present, there are few researches on the intervention of job insecurity of programmers at home and abroad. The main research direction is in the organization and system level, and the intervention of individual level is mainly concentrated in the relatively broad fields such as stress response, ability improvement and self-confidence cultivation, which is lack of pertinence. In view of this, this study uses narrative therapy to intervene a programmer with high job insecurity. On the whole, the consultation is based on the framework of narrative therapy. In the process of consultation, the counselors constantly conceptualize the cases and flexibly adjust them according to the characteristics of the clients. A total of eight consultations and one return visit have been conducted.

 In this study, job insecurity scale, general self-efficacy scale (GSES) and self-esteem scale (SES) compiled by Rosenberg were used to measure the subjects for four times. The time points of the four times were before the beginning of consultation, in the middle of consultation, after consultation and return visit. From the results of the consultation, the programmer's self-reported anxiety about being dismissed has been significantly alleviated, he has a new understanding and planning for his career development, his self-efficacy and self-esteem have been significantly improved,job insecurity have been significantly reduced . This shows that the overall counseling has achieved the desired effect, and narrative therapy is effective in intervening the job insecurity of programmers.

In this study, narrative therapy intervenes the job insecurity of programmers, verifies the practical effect of existing theories, and provides a new and more suitable intervention method for programmers. For the subjects, this study helps them to explore their own professional identity, find their own advantage resources, improve self-esteem and self-efficacy, reduce job insecurity, construct a richer meaning of work, and effectively promote their career development.
