中国是一个自然灾害频发的国家。近年来国内外风险分析技术发展迅速,积累了大量风险分析模型。为满足保险公司、科研人员等风险分析工作者的需要,设计研制了综合自然灾害风险分析模型库。自然灾害风险分析模型主要有概率统计模型、模糊风险模型、专家打分模型等。模型库设计成为一个计算机软件系统,对风险分析技术积累等方面具有积极的意义。模型库的组织结构主要有输入数据、输出结果、数据接口和模型几个部分,模型包含地震、台风和洪水风险分析模型20余个。通过地震的“内集-外集”模型,本文对模型库的使用进行了说明。最后总结了综合自然灾害风险分析模型库中尚存在的几点问题。

China is a country which suffered frequent natural disasters. In the last few years, risk analysis developed rapidly and a large number of risk analysis models have been established. We developed a model base system of integrated natural disaster risk analysis for insurance companies, researchers, etc. At the present time, the probability and statistic model, fuzzy risk model and the models which needs experts to grade are the main natural disaster risk analysis models. The model base system is designed to be a computer software system, and it does help to accumulate the methods of risk analysis. The framework of the model base includes the input, output, interface and models. Models contain more than 20 different natural disaster risk analysis models about earthquake, typhoon and flood. By the example of “interior-outer-set model” in earthquake, we show the use of the model base system. At last, it concluded some shortage of the model base system of integrated natural disaster risk analysis.
