本文以巯基乙酸为稳定剂,采用水热法合成了具有不同荧光发射波长的CdTe量子点,并对方法进行了改进。该方法合成的量子点半峰宽较窄,发光强度较高。吸收光谱和荧光光谱表明,所合成的CdTe 量子点具有优异的发光特性。且随着反应时间的增加量子点的粒径增大。之后分别利用滤纸与醋酸纤维素膜电泳对不同粒径的量子点进行了分离。利用聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)描绘宽度在1-2mm的微流通道,达到了较好的分离效果。分析讨论了不同条件对分离效果的影响。

In this thesis, mercaptoacetic acid (MA) - stabilized CdTe quantum dots (QDs) which has different emission wavelength were prepared by hydrothermal synthesis method. And the preparing methods have been improved. The CdTe quantum dots obtained with this procedure have narrower FWHM and higher photoluminescence intensity compared with those past procedures. UV and fluorescence spectra showed that the prepared CdTe quantum dots had good optical properties. The particle size was increased with the increasing reaction time. Then the CdTe quantum dots (QDs) which has different emission wavelength were separated with filter paper and cellulose acetate membrane. Hydrophobic polydimethylsiloxane is used to manufacture a micro fluidic channel with a width of 1-2mm on the filter paper and cellulose acetate membrane, so that effect is better . The differs of condition which caused the differs effect have been analyzed and discussed.
