老旧小区改造一直是政府和居民关注的重点，2015年国家首次将老旧小区改造纳入城市规划中，2017年国家又开展了老旧小区改造试点，探索可推广的老旧小区改造经验，2018年以来将老旧小区综合改造列入到政府重点工作中以改善小区的居住环境。老旧小区综合改造已经成为小区居民最为关注的一点，通过小区基础设施设备的更新，让老旧小区改变原先脏乱差的生活环境，变为干净整洁、管理有序、守望相助、共治共享的和谐家园已经是城市小区环境提升和居民关注的一项重要工作。 

本文以老旧小区综合改造中的居民参与为切入点，通过查阅相关文献，分析居民参与老旧小区综合改造的相关研究，并以居民参与理论作为本文研究的理论基础，以案例分析法和访谈法对北京市东城区H小区居民参与老旧小区综合改造进行研究分析。研究发现居民自发组织的自管会为居民参与到小区公共事务中提供了非常好的平台，并且通过自管会本身建立起来的协调沟通机制较好的解决了老旧小区本身存在的历史遗留问题，不同的利益诉求、奉献精神的倡导以及社区荣誉的获得等因素让居民有了积极参与到老旧小区综合改造中的动力。政府、社区、自管会、居民四方在老旧小区综合改造中建立起了一套自我促进、自我发展的良好参与模式。

The transformation of old residential areas has always been the focus of the government and residents. In 2015, the state first incorporated the transformation of old residential areas into the urban planning. In 2017, the state carried out the pilot exploration of the transformation of old residential areas to explore the experience of the transformation of old residential areas that can be promoted. Since 2018, the comprehensive transformation of old residential areas has been included in the key work of the government to improve the residential environment of the residential areas. The comprehensive transformation of the old community has become the most concerned point of the community residents. Through the renewal of the community infrastructure equipment, it has become an important work for the improvement of the urban community environment and the residents' attention to make the old community change the original dirty, disordered and poor living environment into a clean and tidy, orderly management, mutual help and co governance and sharing harmonious home.

Based on the comprehensive transformation of old residential area residents to participate in as the breakthrough point, through consulting relevant literature, comprehensive analysis of residents to participate in the old village transformation of related research, and the residents participate in theory as the theoretical basis of this article research, case analysis and interview method to the Beijing dongcheng district H community residents to participate in the synthesis of older communities for this paper. Study found that the residents organize the tube will be for the residents to participate in community public affairs provides a very good platform, and through the pipe will itself to build a mechanism of coordination and communication better solved the old village itself exists problems left over by history, different interests, advocate dedication, and community factors such as the honorary acquired let residents have actively involved in the synthesis of older communities in power. The government, community, self-management association and residents have set up a good participation mode of self-promotion and self-development in the comprehensive reconstruction of old residential areas.
