新时代思想政治教育要求我们必须继承和弘扬中华优秀传统文化，传统家训作为中国传统思想载体，在促进道德教化和维护社会稳定方面具有重要意义。新时代我们依然需要重视家训在明确价值标准、营造良好家风与社会风气的积极作用，同时需要注意到随着时代变化，推动其创造性转化与创新性发展的必要性和必然性。《朱子家训》是中国传统家训的范本，凝练了儒家理学教化思想，体现了朱熹革新传统儒家思想以推动社会教化的理念。本文通过分析该文本的文化内涵和育人途径，结合当代思想政治教育任务要求提出具体实施建议，为新时代思想政治教育获取有益启示。

Ideological and political education in the new era requires us to inherit and carry forward fine traditional Chinese culture. Traditional family mottos, as a carrier of traditional Chinese thought, are of great significance in promoting moral enlightenment and maintaining social stability. In the new era, we still need to pay attention to the positive role of the family motto in clarifying value standards and creating a good family and social culture, and at the same time, we need to pay attention to the necessity and inevitability of encouraging its creative transformation and innovative development with the changes of the times. Zhu Zi's Family Motto is a model of traditional Chinese family trainings, which condenses the ideas of Confucianism, and embodies Zhu Xi's concept of innovating traditional Confucianism in order to promote social enlightenment. This paper analyzes the cultural connotation and educational path of this text, and puts forward specific implementation suggestions in combination with the requirements of contemporary ideological and political education, in order to gain useful insights for ideological and political education in the new era.
