2017年国家颁布普通高中地理课程标准。依据标准,作为中学的地理教师,必须彻底转变教育观念,在抓好地理基础知识与基本技能教学的同时,大力加强地理学科核心素养中实践能力的培养,开展形式多样的地理实践活动,建立课内与课外、校内与校外、现实与网络、理论与实践相联系结合的教学体系。让学生感受到生活中处处有地理,从而提高学生对地理学习的兴趣,降低课堂教学难度,拓展学生的知识视野,培养学生的创新意识,促进学生的个性发展。加强地理实践能力的培养,是当前全面实施素质教育,促进地理教学改革不断深入,培养全面发展人才的需要。 伴随着网络技术的飞速发展,网络已经渗透到生活中的方方面面。地理教学与网络技术的联系愈发密切,两者结合将有助于提升学习兴趣,增进对中学生对地理知识的理解与应用。但是,通过对现有地理网站的调查发现,地理网站形式多样,开发者多样。但是中学地理网站主要是进行资源积累与资源库建设,与现实互动性差,针对性不强,网站原创性内容较少。权威性网站少且网站维护工作欠缺等特点。 贵州省黔南州下辖12个县市,乡土资源丰富,但校本课程,乡土地理教材较少。仅有的地理教材也因为课程紧密,升学压力大而并未真正进入地理课堂。所以亟需对乡土地理资源进行再分析、挖掘、整合、丰富,并以新的形式存在,从而使它焕发生机。黔南地理实践活动网站的建设正是将黔南乡土资源与地理实践活动进行有机结合的一次尝试。地理实践活动网站的建设不仅对于开发学生创新思维、拓展学习视野,激发学生的自主学习、协作学习潜能具有重要作用。也是公众了解黔南的途径之一。

In 2017, the state promulgated the general senior high school geography curriculum standard. According to the standard, as geography teachers in middle school, we must change our education concept entirely. While grasping the basic geographic knowledge and the basic pedagogy skills, we must vigorously strengthen the cultivation of practical capability in the core literacy of geography, carry out various forms of geographical practice activities, and establish a teaching system that connects and integrates on-campus and off-campus, in-class and extra-curricular, reality and the internet, and theory and practice. Making students feel that there is geography everywhere in life is conducive to improve their interest in geography learning, expand their horizon, cultivate their sense of innovation, promote their personality development and reduce the difficulty of on-class teaching. And strengthening the cultivation of geographical practice ability is the requirement of current comprehensive implementation of quality education, promotion and deepening of geography teaching reform, and cultivating of all-round of talents. With the rapid development of internet technology, the internet has penetrated into every aspect of our lives. As the connection between geography teaching and the internet technology becomes closer and closer, their integration will help to enhance the interest of learning and improve middle school students' understanding and application of geography knowledge. However, surveys of existing geographic websites have shown that both the formats and developers of geographic websites are various and diverse. The middle school geographic websites are mainly for resources accumulation and resources database construction, while they have poor synergy with reality, as well as lack of original content and or particular target. Besides, there are few authoritative websites and most of them are lack of website maintenance. Qiannan Prefecture in Guizhou Province has jurisdiction over 12 cities and counties. There are rich local resources, but few school-based courses and local geographic teaching materials. The only geography textbooks available do not really be used in the geography class because of students' tight curriculum and the pressure to enter high school. Therefore, it is an urgent need to re-analyze, excavate, integrate, enrich, and reform local geographic resources to help them revitalize. The construction of the Qiannan Geography Practice Activity Website is an attempt to combine the local geographic resources and practice activities organically. It is not only important in developing students' innovative thinking, expanding their learning horizons, but also stimulating both independent and collaborative learning potentials. It is also one of the ways for the public to know more about Qiannan.
