大学阶段是学生接受体育教育的最高阶段也是最后阶段,是学校体育和社会体育的重要衔接点,在终身体育中具有承前启后的作用,在这一阶段大学生要基本养成终身体育的兴趣、习惯和能力,从而使学生在步入社会后继续保持体育锻炼的习惯,保持身体健康、身心愉悦,终生受益于体育。另外体育锻炼是大学生课余体育的重要内容,极大丰富了大学生的课余生活,为了更好地把握大学生体育锻炼的规律,为了更好地引导大学生的体育锻炼行为,因此有必要对大学生体育锻炼动机和行为进行深入研究,以期为今后的政策制定和行为干预提供一定的参考。

本研究采用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法和逻辑分析法等对北京市大学生体育锻炼动机和行为的关系进行研究,在问卷调查过程中,选取北京师范大学除艺体生以外的在校生作为调查对象,展开了两轮的问卷调查,其中运用专家效度检验、CR值检验、题总相关分析、内部一致性检验、探索性因子分析、验证性因子分析等数理统计方法对初始量表的信效度进行了检验,利用独立样本T检验、方差分析、交叉列联分析、皮尔逊相关分析、二元logistic回归分析、多元logistic回归分析等数理统计方法对最终问卷的数据进行计算和处理。

得出如下研究结论:(1)《大学生体育锻炼动机量表》具有较高的信效度;(2)整体来看,大学生的体育锻炼动机处于较高的水平,并且在性别和年级方面存在显著性差异,专业类别并不是影响大学生体育锻炼动机的重要因素。(3)整体来看,大学生的体育锻炼行为处于较为合理的范围,并且在性别和年级方面存在出显著性差异,专业类别同样对大学生的体育锻炼行为不产生影响。(4)锻炼动机和锻炼行为之间存在复杂且密切的关系,不同动机类别与锻炼时长、频率、强度、运动项目数量存在不同程度的相关关系,不同动机类别对学生锻炼时间段的选择、运动类型的选择具有不同程度的影响。

根据研究结论提出的建议有:(1)激发和提高学生内部动机水平;(2)提高学生对体育美的感知能力;(3)构建多样化新颖化的体育课程体系;(4)营造浓厚的校园体育氛围和文化。

外文摘要:

College stage is the highest and last stage for students to receive physical education. It is an important connecting point between school physical education and social physical education. It plays a bridging role in lifelong physical education. A lifetime of sports. In addition, physical exercise is an important content of college students' extracurricular sports, which greatly enrichis college students' extracurricular life. In order to better grasp the rules of college students' physical exercise, in order to better guide college students' physical exercise behavior, it is necessary to conduct in-depth research on college students' physical exercise motivation and behavior, in order to provide certain references for future policy formulation and behavioral intervention.

This study adopts the method of literature, interview, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and logical analysis to study the relationship between physical exercise motivation and behavior of college students in Beijing. In the process of questionnaire survey, students in Beijing Normal University except art and sports students are selected as the survey objects, and two rounds of questionnaire survey are carried out. Mathematical statistical methods such as expert validity test, CR value test, total correlation analysis, internal consistency test, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis were used to test the reliability and validity of the initial scale. Statistical methods such as independent sample T test, variance analysis, cross linkage test, Pearson correlation analysis, binary logistic regression analysis and multiple logistic regression analysis were used to calculate and process the data of the final questionnaire.

The following conclusions are drawn: (1) The college students Physical Exercise Motivation Scale has high reliability and validity; (2) Overall, college students' physical exercise motivation is at a relatively high level, and there are significant differences in gender and grade. Major category is not an important factor affecting college students' physical exercise motivation. (3) On the whole, the physical exercise behavior of college students is in a reasonable range, and there are significant differences in gender and grade. The major category also has no influence on the physical exercise behavior of college students. (4) There is a complex and close relationship between exercise motivation and exercise behavior. Different types of motivation have different degrees of correlation with exercise duration, frequency, intensity and number of exercise items. Different types of motivation have different degrees of influence on students' choice of exercise time and exercise type.

According to the research conclusion, the suggestions are as follows: (1) to stimulate and improve students' internal motivation level; (2) Improve students' perception of sports beauty; (3) Construct a diversified and innovative physical education curriculum system; (4) Create a strong campus sports atmosphere and culture.
