当前，本科院校培养出来的学生缺乏制作电视节目的综合能力，不适应快速发展的广播电视事业对高级应用型人才的需求。鉴于此，本研究将《电视节目制作》项目实训课程的目标定为培养学生的综合能力——即将专业能力、方法能力、创新能力和社会能力等融为一体的电视节目制作的综合能力。并借鉴职业教育中的工作过程系统化的特点和行动导向的教学理念，将它们融合到本项目实训课程的系统化教学设计中。即将职教理论与本科教学相结合，在系统化教学设计中按照目标分析框架和项目综合设计模式，形成了适合由初学者到有能力者的发展路径的循环上升式的项目课程教学方案。通过研究探索了一条职业教育理念融入应用型本科项目实训课程教学设计的新思路。

Currently， the university student，who lacking the comprehensive capacity of the production on television programs is not fit for the rapid development of radio and television services to the needs of high-level application-oriented talents. Our study based on "television program production" training courses aims to develop students with expertise， methodologies， innovation， and social integration capabilities of the comprehensive capacity on television production. Learning the experiences of vocational education in systematization of working process and action-oriented teaching methods and integrating with the courses design， the theory on undergraduate teaching which includes the systematic instructional design of the project in accordance with objective analysis framework and an integrated design patterns to form suitably for those who have the ability from Novice to Competent path of the project-style teaching program. Our research forms a new idea in Instructional Design of the training course application-oriented undergraduate with vocational education theory.
