随着社会的发展,当今社会的企业不仅对自身的利益问题给予极大的关注,对员工的各方面的状况也都给与足够多的重视。学术界也在积极地进行相关方面内容的探讨和研究。大量的研究都在就如何增强企业凝聚力、提高员工的工作满意度以及这些相关问题和员工的工作表现之间的关系等问题而开展。到目前为止,学术界的研究也多在探讨员工的正面工作行为(如组织公民行为、提高员工的工作绩效等),研究员工负面工作行为 (如反生产力行为等)的却相对很少。本研究的主要目的则在于:1.探讨组织支持感受和员工工作满意度之间的关系;2.探讨组织支持感受和员工反生产力行为之间的关系;3.试图探讨员工工作满意度在组织支持感受和反生产力行为之间的中介关系。研究采用问卷调查的方式以广州移动公司的600名员工为研究对象,研究结果显示:1.员工的组织支持感受与工作满意度之间存在显著的正相关;2.员工的工作满意度与反生产力行为之间存在显著的负相关;3.员工的工作满意度在其组织支持感受与反生产力行为的关系中起中介作用。

外文摘要:

As the society develops, the corporations in the modern society not only pay great attention to their own benefits, but also think much of the conditions of their employees in various aspects.The academe is also carrying out relevant explorations and researches actively. A great number of research are related to the topics of how to boost up the cohesion of enterprises, how to enhance the job satisfactory level of the employees and the relationship between these questions and performances of employees. Up to now, the academe has conducted many research on positive behaviors of the employees, but touched upon few research about the negative behaviors of the employees. The purpose of this research is as follows: 1 To explore the relationship between the feeling of organization support and the working satisfactory level of the employees. 2 To explore the relationship between the feeling of organization support and the anti-production behaviors of the employees. 3 To explore the resonance function of the working satisfactory level of the employees between the the feeling of organization support and the anti-production behaviors of the employees. This research use the 600 employees from the Guangzhou Mobile Corporation as the survey target.
