自主学习通常是指主动的、自觉的、相对独立的学习。自主性、自为性和自律性是自主学习的三个基本特征。自主学习不仅有利于提高学生学习成绩,培养学生学习等行为的自信心,而且是个体终生学习和毕生发展的基础。 “Z模式”即自主合作学习模式,是以“适脑”理论为指导,以学生自主学习、合作学习为主,教师讲解点评为辅,有效评价为助力的教学模式。从2011年7月至今,我参与了我校(中国地质大学附属中学)“Z模式”教学的实验、实施和研究的全过程。“Z模式”教学过程大致分为以下几个环节。1.明确课堂学习任务目标;2.布置学习任务;3.各小组合作学习(包括小组板书);4.各小组学习成果展示;5.当堂学习效果检测;6.评价反思。 本文我以案例研究为主,观察法、问卷调查法、标准化考试、文献研究、行动研究、数据分析等为辅助手段;以地大附中初一学生为研究对象,对“Z模式”教学中问题设置环节进行了研究。问题设置环节是“z模式”教学过程中实现学生在课堂上高效、有序完成小组合作学习和实现自主学习的关键之所在。对于学生的小组合作学习能力培养具有积极的意义,是实现自主、高效课堂的关键所在。通过此项研究我希望此项研究的结果能推广到更多的普通学校,真正能帮助学生养成自主学习的习惯和能力。
外文摘要:
Autonomous study often refers to active, self-conscious and relatively independent study. Autonomy self behavior and self decipline is the three basic features of autonomous study. The outcome of this research shows that Autonomous study benefits students both in the improvement of students,grades,building up students confidence on study and other aspects and in providing the base of lifelong study and development after graduation for individuals. By revealing the research outcomes,we researchs hope that the "Z Study Model"Teaching can be promoted to more schools and truly help students develop the habits of autonomous learning. “Z Learning model” teachning refers to the autonomous cooperation learning model which is instructed by the Optimum Brain theory, dominated by student autonomous learning and cooperative learning assisted by teachers analysis and boostered by etective valuation As aresearcher, I have panticipacted in all the processes of experiment implemention and study of learning model The class process of “learning modle mainly consists of the following:1.clanfication of the goals of the classes2.setting of the learing tasks3.autonomous learing including the group blackboard writing 4.presentation of the learing outconmes of all groups 5.detection study etficiency in class6.evaluation and rethinkThe document is dominanted by case study and assistion anted by observation,questionnaire survey,hiterrature review,acttion study,case study and data analysis.The objects of this research is the middle school students in the attached middle school of China university of Geo sciences.The study makes researches on the question setting links in the "Z learning model"teaching,which is the key links in the autonomous learning class. By revealing the research outcomes,we esearchers hope that the “Z Learning model” teaching can be promoted to more school and truly help students develop the habit of autonomous learing.
