通过对农业循环经济理论和相关科学的学习，以及查阅研读了有关研究成果，对资源枯竭、环境污染使农业生态遭到相当程度破坏的情况，以及现代农业发展面临许多亟待解决的问题都有了一些新的认识。农业循环经济理论作为现代农业经济发展的创新学科，其研究和实践都有了一些成果，特别是在区域农业发展上具有了典型的代表意义。农业发展具有显著的区域性特征，农业循环经济理论需要在不同的地区进行实践，从而进一步发展、丰富和完善。本文依据烟台市农业经济发展的现实情况，引入农业循环经济理论，对烟台市发展农业循环经济进行SWOT分析，在对比传统和现有发展模式的基础上，试探索农业循环经济模式的发展思路，提出可能存在的问题及相应的解决建议，希望对烟台市现代农业经济发展有所帮助。

Through studying on the theory of agricultural recycling economy and relative reports, this paper summarized and revealed some facts about natural resources shortage and environmental pollution. Therefore, some strategies were proposed in order to solve those problems. Based on the scientific results of relating subjects, the research on regional agricultural recycling economy is of great importance for its forefront stage. This paper applied the theory with practice, that is , analyzing the detailed situation of Yantai. According to the local conditions and with application of agricultural economy theory, new modes to develop agriculture are raised. Compared with the old ones, the modes in this paper may exert influence on promoting the reform of agricultural development in Yantai and be of help for the government to refer to . In the end, some suggestions were put forward in hope of the bright future of farmers in Yantai.
