本研究以新疆昌吉州第一中学男子 100 米短跑为对象,通过视频分析等方法,研究了运动员在比赛过程中的速度节拍及在比赛中的技术动作。结果表明:此年龄组运动员跑完全程速度-步频特点表现为“单峰式”,即起跑后的前 20 米开始加速,50 米后达到峰值,随后开始急剧下降。在途中跑技术分析中发现,影响 100 米速度的主要因素是训练因素,而不是年龄。具体来说,单步技术上支撑腿的下压速度、缓冲时的刚性、摆动腿的紧凑性和上肢的主动摆动等方面会影响运动员的速度表现。此外,针对百米二级组运动员在途中跑单步支撑过程中不同时相的相关参数与步速的相关性进行了研究,结果表明不同的参数会对步速产生影响,着地角度对步速的影响最大。研究结果表明,新疆昌吉州第一中学男子 100 米短跑运动员的整体水平与国内高水平运动员存在一定差距,需要引起学校和教练的重视。对于提高运动员速度,除了年龄外,训练因素是关键,特别是要注意支撑腿的动作速度和刚性,以及摆动腿和上肢的配合。建议未来的训练工作应注重提高这些技术细节,以提高运动员的整体表现水平。

In this study, the male 100-meter sprint in Changji No. 1 Middle School of Xinjiang Province was taken as the object, and the kinematic analysis of the whole speed rhythm and the running technique on the way was carried out through video analysis and other methods. The study found that the whole speed-rhythm characteristics of athletes in this age group show a "single-peak" pattern, that is, the acceleration begins in the first 20 meters after the start, reaches a peak after 50 meters, and then begins to decline sharply. In the technical analysis of the distance running, it was found that the main factor affecting the 100-meter speed was the training factor, not the age. Specifically, aspects such as the downpress speed of the technically supported leg in a single step, the rigidity in cushions, the compactness of the swing leg, and the active swing of the upper limb affect the speed performance of the athlete. In addition, the correlation between the relevant parameters of different phases and the walking speed in the process of running single step support in the second group of 100 meters was studied. The results showed that different parameters would have an impact on the walking speed, and the landing Angle had the greatest impact on the walking speed. The research results show that there is a certain gap between the overall level of male 100m sprinter in Changji No. 1 Middle School of Xinjiang and foreign high-level athletes, which needs to be paid attention to by schools and coaches. Forimproving athlete speed, in addition to age, training factors are key, especially pay attention to the speed and rigidity of the movement of the supporting leg, and the fit of the swing leg and the upper limb. It is suggested that future training effortsshould focus on improving these technical details in order to improve the overallperformance level of athletes.
