介孔镧化合物可以用La(NO3)3·6H2O、LaCl3·7H2O为金属前驱体,介孔氧化硅SBA-15为模板,通过硬模板法成功合成。样品的结构和组成可以通过XRD、TEM、氮气吸附等进行表征。以La(NO3)·6H2O、LaCl3·7H2O为金属前驱体,在反应温度大于或等于400℃时分别得到有序的介孔La2O3-SiO2和介孔LaOCl-SiO2复合物,而在温度小于400℃时得到都是无序的介孔La(OH)3-SiO2复合物,且低温时制得的介孔镧化合物比表面积更大。介孔镧化合物表现出很强的CO2吸附能力,其中具有更大比表面积和表面带有羟基结构的介孔La(OH)3-SiO2复合物具有最高的CO2吸附能力。另一方面,通过对不同含量Eu3+掺杂的介孔La2O3-SiO2和LaOCl-SiO2复合物的光致发光性能测试发现,随着Eu3+的含量增加,其光致发光性能提高。

Mesoporous lanthanum compounds were synthesized by using lanthanum nitrate and lanthanum chloride as precursor and SBA-15 as hard template. The structural characterization of samples was made by XRD, TEM, N2 absorption /desorption techniques. The ordered mesoporous samples of La2O3-SiO2 and LaOCl-SiO2 composites were formed respectively when lanthanum nitrate and lanthanum chloride were selected as precursor, and the reaction temperature is above 400℃. The disordered mesoporous La(OH)3-SiO2 composites were formed when the reaction temperature is below 400℃. Moreover, the mesoporous samples prepared at low temperature have larger surface areas. Mesoporous lanthanum compounds exhibited good property of CO2 adsorption and mesoporous La(OH)3-SiO2 with larger surface areas and many hydroxyl groups on the surface exhibited the highest CO2 adsorption. On the other hand, the Eu-doped La2O3-SiO2 and LaOCl-SiO2 composites exhibited photoluminescence, and the light intensity increased with the increase of Eu3+ content.
