近年来，由于智能手机的普遍使用、功能不断强大和个性化，对我们日常生活和行为的影响已经超越了普通的通讯工具或社交工具，因此很多学者针对这一问题进行了探讨。同时，拖延作为另一个对我们日常生活和工作产生巨大影响的现象，相关的理论和干预措施也被不断的加以丰富和完善。本研究选取81名在校大学生作为研究对象，采用经验取样法探讨智能手机使用对于自控资源和拖延的影响以及自控资源的中介作用，取得以下主要研究结论：基线数据证明智能手机使用与自我控制资源显著负相关，与拖延显著正相关；自我控制资源中介了手机娱乐时间与拖延之间的关系，但日测数据结果与之相反，手机使用可正向预测自控资源，其他的相关关系及中介作用均未得到支持。因此，三个变量间的关系有待于进一步探究。

In recent years, since the enhancement and diversification of function and the common use of smart phone, the impact of it on our daily life and behavior has gone beyond the ordinary means of communication or social tools. Therefore, many scholars have carried on the discussion on the issue. Meanwhile, procrastination is another phenomenon that has a great impact on our daily life and work. The related theories and interventions have been continuously improved and perfected.In this study, 81 college students were chose as the research object. Experience Sampling Method (ESM) is used to investigate the influence of smart phone usage on the self-control resources and procrastination. The main conclusions are as follows: the findings of base-line measure supported the hypotheses, including a negative correlation between smart phone usage and self-control resource while a positive relationship between smart phone usage and procrastination. Self-control resource also mediates the relationship between total entertaining time of phone use and procrastination. However an opposite result is prove according to the daily measurement as smart phone use has positive prediction on self-control resource and other correlations and mediation aren’t supported. Thus, the relationship between the three variables remains to be further explored.
