本文以小说“游走”情节作为研究对象，选取《西游记》和《堂吉诃德》两个文本作为个案进行具体分析。尝试以叙事学、社会历史分析的方法，对《西游记》、《堂吉诃德》文本所共存的“游走”式情节展开方式进行深究，分析以“游走”情节作为主体的文本中，人物、结构、精神特质等方面的特性及共性，试图以此作为更好把握此类小说艺术性的一个角度，构成审视小说史的独特视角。

The author of this dissertation researches on the wandering plots in novels, taking Record of a Journey to the West and Don Quixote as a case study. The paper adopts the ways of Narratology and social and historical analyses, makes a deep study on the common wandering plots in Record of a Journey to the West and Don Quixote, and analyzes the specialties and generalities of the protagonists, structures and moral characteristics in the novels whose principal parts are wandering plots. The author tries to find a new angle so as to better grasp the artistic qualities of this sort of novels and starts a new way to study the history of novels.
