准确定位校长角色对于促进与提升校长自身的专业素质与能力、提高学校管理效能与发展水平具有非常重要的意义。教师是学校管理中一类非常重要的群体,基于教师角度对校长的角色进行分析,不仅有利于对校长角色进行科学有效的定位,而且也有利于诊断与发现学校组织发展中存在的问题。本研究以漳州市公立学校中学教师为调研对象,采用问卷调查法与访谈法,对中学教师群体对校长角色期望进行了研究,并运用SPSS16.0软件,对调研所得数据进行了统计分析。研究的主要结论如下:1. 教师对校长扮演的领导者、行政管理者、教育专业者和公共关系协调者四类角色均表示高度期望;2. 教师对校长角色期望在一级维度上由高到低排序依次为领导者、公共关系协调者、教育专业者、行政管理者;3. 教师对校长角色期望在二级维度上期望值最高三个角色为:内部关系协调者、气氛营造者、愿景领导者;期望值最低的三个角色为:校务管理者、学校经营者、外部关系协调者;4. 不同性别、不同年龄/教龄的教师对校长角色期望上存在显著差异;5. 不同学历的教师对校长角色期望不存在显著差异。 为促进校长自身专业素质、管理能力与水平的提升,校长在学校管理过程中应明确自身角色定位,建构并阐明学校愿景,追求卓越领导目标,转变学校行政管理模式,加强教育教学领导能力,积极参与校长在职培训与研修项目,提高角色专业知能,从而达到优化校长队伍专业素质,提高学校管理效能之目的。

Accurate positioning of the principal role for the promotion and enhancement of the professional qualities and capabilities of the principal itself, improve school performance and level of development of great significance. The teacher is a very important group in the school management, based on the teachers' point of view to analyze the role of the principal is not only beneficial to the principal role of scientific and effective positioning, but also conducive to the diagnosis and found that the problems in the school organization development. In this study, Zhangzhou City public school secondary school teachers as a research object, using questionnaires and interviews, the principal role expectations of Zhangzhou City public school secondary school teachers groups, and use SPSS16.0 software, research data obtained statistical analysis. The main conclusions of the study are as follows:1. Teachers to principals to play a leadership proposed in this study, administrators, education professionals and public relations coordinator for four types of roles have expressed high expectations;2. Teachers expect a dimension of four principal roles descending order of the leader, coordinator of public relations, education professionals, administrators;3. For the teachers' perceptions of the two dimensions of the principal roles, the expectations of the highest three roles: coordination of internal relations, the atmosphere, the vision of a leader; expectations of the lowest of the three roles: school administrators, school operators, external relations coordinator;4. Different sexes, different age / seniority of the teachers there were significant differences on the expectations of the role of principals;5. Role expectations of principals, teachers of different qualifications there is no significant difference.To promote the principals of their own professional quality, management ability and the level of upgrade, the principal should clarify its role in school management process to construct and clarify school vision, the pursuit of excellence in leadership goals, changing the mode of school administrators, strengthening education and teaching leadership skills,active participation of the principal in-service training and training projects to enhance the role of professional knowledge, so as to achieve optimization of the principal team of professional quality and enhance the effectiveness of school management purposes.
