2015年12月李克强总理在政府工作报告中提出“互联网+”计划,标志着“互联网+”上升到国家战略高度。习近平作十九大报告时八次提到互联网,指出推动互联网、大数据、人工智能和实体经济深度融合,实现网络强国的目标。“互联网+”依托大数据、云计算等现代技术,对社会经济发展尤其是经济结构和发展模式的改变起到重大作用。不可避免的,“互联网+”也深刻改变着高校马克思主义教育的理论与实践活动,改变着高校学生的心理及行为方式。“互联网+”条件,实际也是一个时代的开端。高校马克思主义理论教育与“互联网+”的结合既是时代课题,也是现实之必然。“互联网+”条件下高校马克思主义理论教育不是两者简单的拼接,而是互联网思维、信息、技术等与高校马克思主义理论教育实践的深度融合,最终促使高校马克思主义理论教育主体、客体、环境的变革与调整。 “互联网+”是网络社会发展的新阶段、新形态,与传统互联网有密切联系,是传统互联网的进一步发展,同时“互联网+”又有其独特内涵,区别于传统互联网。两者的区别也导致了高校马克思主义理论教育在两个不同阶段呈现的特点的不同,主要体现在互联网对理论教育的影响深度不同,理论教育的智慧化、智能化程度不同两方面。“互联网+”对高校马克思主义理论教育而言,是改革发展的动力。一方面“互联网+”给高校马克思主义理论教育带来机遇,主要体现在四方面:教育资源的获取与传播途径更加多样化,海量正向信息较大保障教育的内容质量,教育方式和手段更为开放和多样化,教育对象信息和教育情况掌握更为精准;另一方面,“互联网+”也给高校马克思主义理论教育提出四项挑战:“信息增量”与“信息乏味”的矛盾较为凸显,主流信息的繁荣与学生选择的有意规避客观存在,主渠道教学难以提供更多的个性化教育体验,“信息用户”的“猎奇心理”使“非主流”更具粘合性。为提高高校马克思主义理论教育在“互联网+”形势下的实效性,必须培育良好的高校马克思主义理论教育生态,提高高校马克思主义理论工作者的素质,提升大学生使用网络的信息素养与媒介素养。

In December 2015, Premier Li Keqiang put forward the “Internet Plus” plan in the government work report, which marked that “Internet Plus” has risen to the national strategic height.In Nineteenth Congress,Xi Jinping referred to the Internet eight times in his report and pointed out that the promotion of the Internet, big data, artificial intelligence, and the real economy in the deep integration of the Internet to achieve the goal of a strong nation.Internet Plus" has playing a major role in the socio-economic development, especially the changes in economic structure and development model based on the big data, cloud computing and other modern technologies. Inevitably, "Internet Plus" also profoundly changes the theory and practice of Marxist theory education in universities, changing the psychological and behavioral patterns of college students. The “Internet Plus” condition is actually the beginning of an era. The combination of college Marxist theoretical education and ‘Internet Plus’ is both an issue of the times and an inevitable reality. Under the condition of "Internet Plus", it is not the simple combination between the education of Marxist theory in colleges and internet, but the deep integration of Internet thinking, information, and technology with the practice of Marxist theory education in universities. It has finalized the promotion for the reform and adjustment of subject, object and environment of Marxist theory education in universities. "Internet Plus" is a new stage and new form of network society development. It is closely related to the traditional Internet and is a further development of the traditional Internet. At the same time, "Internet Plus" has its unique connotation and is different from the traditional Internet.The difference between the two has also led to the differences in the characteristics of Marxist theoretical education in two different stages, which are mainly reflected in the different depths of influence of the Internet on theoretical education and the intelligent and intelligent degree of theoretical education."Internet Plus" is the driving force for reform and development ,which occurs in the education of Marxist theory in colleges and universities.On the one hand, “Internet Plus” brings opportunities for Marxist theoretical education in colleges and universities, which are mainly embodied in four aspects: access to and dissemination of educational resources is more diversified, mass positive information is more important to ensure the quality of educational content, education methods and means In order to be open and diversified, educational information and education are more accurate;On the other hand, "Internet Plus" also poses a challenge to Marxist theoretical education in colleges and universities. The contradiction between "increment of information" and "information boring" is more prominent. The prosperity of mainstream information and the intentional evasion of student choices exist objectively. It is difficult to teach in the main channel. To provide more personalized educational experiences, the "intellectual psychology of information users" makes "non-mainstream" more adhesive.In order to improve the effectiveness of Marxist theory education in the “Internet Plus” situation, we must cultivate a good Marxist theoretical education environment in colleges and universities, improving the quality of Marxist theory workers in colleges and universities and boosting the information and media literacy of college students in using the Internet ability.
