本研究是一例针对高中生的生涯决策困难的个案研究。面对新高考改革,要求学生能 够对自己的生涯发展有更明确的态度和认知,很多有明确生涯选择方向的学生在这个阶段 会比较轻松,但是相较于本身决策困难或者对自己的生涯发展规划不明确或者缺乏社会支 持等的学生来说,这一阶段会出现不同程度的情绪困扰。本研究试图通过以社会认知生涯 理论中的生涯决策模型为理论基础设计咨询方案,帮助来访者可以在短期内快速对自己的 生涯决策过程有一个较清晰的认知,学习生涯决策方法,减轻其生涯决策焦虑。 本研究通过问卷及访谈筛选,最终选择被试为北京某高中一名高一学生。经过前期信 息收集,对来访者问题形成使用社会认知生涯理论进行个案概念化,并提出干预计划。通 过为期两个半月共 9 次咨询过程帮助来访者解决生涯决策困难相关问题。通过咨询结束后 咨询效果评估结果表明咨询目标达成,来访者的生涯决策自我效能感得到了提升,来访者 对咨询过程反馈良好,在认知、情绪、行为上均发生了改变。本研究的干预表现出了良好 的效果。

This study is a case study of career decision-making difficulties in high school students. In the face of the new college entrance examination reform, asked the students for their career development have a clear attitude and cognition, many students have a clear career choice direction at this stage will be easy, but compared with itself decision-making difficulties, or to their own career development plan is not clear or lack of social support and so on, this stage will appear different degree of emotional distress. This study attempts to design a consulting scheme based on the career decision-making model in the social cognitive career theory, so as to help the client have a clear understanding of his/her career decision-making process in a short period of time, learn career decision-making methods and reduce his/her career decision-making anxiety. This study selected a senior high school student in Beijing through questionnaire and interview. After preliminary information collection, the formation of visitor problems was conceptualized using the social cognitive career theory, and intervention plans were proposed. Through the consultation process of 9 times in two and a half months, I helped the client solve the problems related to career decision-making difficulties. After the consultation, the evaluation results showed that the career decision-making self-efficacy of the client was improved, the client had good feedback on the consultation process, and the client changed in cognition, emotion and behavior. The intervention in this study showed good results.
