随着社会数字化与老龄化程度不断加深，作为数字弱势群体的老年人格外受到关注。在后喻文化的大背景下，年轻一代往往能够迅速适应新的媒介环境变化，并为年长一代提供帮助，这种现象常见于农村家庭，由此引发了家庭关系中的变化。

本研究将农村老年人这一更为边缘的人群作为关照对象，采用参与式观察与深度访谈的方法，选择60岁及以上的老年人为研究群体，对15户家庭进行访谈。通过对观察和访谈记录进行梳理和提炼，本文概述老年人短视频软件使用情况，总结归纳该群体常用短视频软件的原因：老年人视听退化，使用短视频软件能够消磨时间、培养兴趣爱好，满足社会化和与后辈保持交流的需求。并从老年人与其子女孙辈的代际互动中，考察老年用户短视频软件使用行为对代际关系带来的影响，发现老年人使用短视频软件有助于构建平等的代际关系，增加代际交流，扩大共识空间，突显家庭中代际支持的必要性。但同时也发现，老年人在学习使用短视频软件上存在困难，这阻碍了代际交流，不同育儿观念的碰撞也容易引发代际矛盾的隐忧。

最后，本文建议政府、短视频平台和家庭多方共同参与，帮助老年群体良性融入数字生活，尤其是作为后喻文化支撑主体的年轻一代，通过努力，助推年长一辈更好地迎接老龄化社会带来的挑战。

With the deepening of the digitization and aging of society, the elderly, as a digitally vulnerable group, have attracted special attention.In the context of post-metaphor culture, the younger generation is often able to quickly adapt to changes in the new media environment and offer help to the older generation. This phenomenon is often seen in rural families, which leads to changes in family relations.

This study takes the rural elderly, a more marginal group, as the object of care, adopts the method of participatory observation and in-depth interview, selects the elderly aged 60 and above as the research group, and interviews 15 households. By combing and refining the observation and interview records, this paper summarizes the use of short video software for the elderly, and summarizes the reasons for their common use of short video software: the audiovisual degradation of the elderly, the use of short video software can kill time, develop interests, meet the needs of socialization and communication with the younger generation. In addition, from the intergenerational interaction between the elderly and their children or grandchildren, the influence of the elderly users' use of short video software on the intergenerational relationship is investigated. It is found that the use of short video software by the elderly can help build equal intergenerational relationship, increase intergenerational communication, expand consensus space, and highlight the necessity of intergenerational support in the family. But at the same time, it is also found that the elderly have difficulties in learning to use short video software, which hinders intergenerational communication, and the collision of different parenting concepts is easy to cause the hidden concern of intergenerational contradiction.

Finally, this paper suggests that the government, short video platforms and families should participate together to help the elderly group integrate into digital life, especially the younger generation, who are the main support of post-figurative culture, and help the older generation better meet the challenges brought by the aging society through efforts.
