情绪对于人们的生活来说具有至关重要的意义。保持良好的情绪能够提升人们的生活质量与工作效率,长期处于负面情绪中将对生理与心理健康造成严重的影响。要想改善自身情绪,减少消极情绪对生活的影响,一个重要的前提是要更清楚的认识自己的情绪。情绪追踪器的设计初衷在于帮助用户记录日常出现的情绪,生成情绪波动曲线,让用户在最小的操作负担下能够更清晰的认识到自身的情绪变化,从而能得以更好地对情绪加以改善。
本研究首先通过问卷、访谈等方法对用户需求进行探究,结果显示人们目前对于自身情绪的了解程度不高,并没有很科学的情绪改善手段,但同时,人们相信了解情绪是改善情绪的重要一步,对于使用情绪追踪器来帮助自己了解情绪表现出了较高的意愿。随后,通过情绪识别实验对情绪追踪器的情绪识别方式进行了探究,实验中使用亚洲情绪视频库中的视频片段对被试的情绪进行诱发,利用生理多导记录仪对情绪进行识别,使用acknowledge软件对生理电信号进行处理分析,结合前人已论证的研究结果,结果表明可以利用生理电信号完成对情绪的识别,结合生理识别结果与用户主观记录结果可以完成对用户情绪的追踪。并根据用户需求探究结果与情绪识别实验结果对情绪追踪器的功能与原型概念进行了设计,最后,利用可交互式原型进行了可用性测试研究,结果表明了情绪追踪器具备较高的可用性与易用性。

Emotions play a vital role in people's lives. Maintaining a good mood can improve people's quality of life and work efficiency, and long-term negative emotions will have a serious impact on physical and mental health. An important prerequisite for improving your mood and reducing the impact of negative emotions on your life is to be more aware of your emotions. The original intention of the mood tracker is to help users record their daily emotions and generate emotional fluctuation curves, so that users can more clearly recognize their own emotional changes with the minimum operating burden, so as to better improve their emotions.
First of all, this study through questionnaires, interviews and other methods to explore the user requirements, the results show an understanding of the current mood in their degree is not high, not very scientific means of mood, but at the same time, people believe that understand the emotion is an important step to improve mood, mood tracker for use to help you understand the emotional showed higher willingness. Then, through the emotional recognition experiment on mood tracker emotion recognition method has carried on the exploration, experiment using video clips in “Emotional Film Database for Asian Culture” to induce subjects of emotional mood to make use of more than physical guide recorder recognition, using acknowledge software analyzing physiological signal processing, combining previous has demonstrated results, the results show that can use physiological signals to complete the recognition of emotions, combined with biological recognition results and subjective record user can complete the mood of the user tracking. The function and prototype concept of the emotion tracker were designed according to the results of user demand inquiry and emotion recognition experiment. Finally, the usability test was conducted with the interactive prototype. The results showed that the emotion tracker was highly available and easy to use.
