中华教育文化基金董事会,于1924年成立,此基金会的宗旨是推动中国教育文化事业的发展。本文试图分析中基会自1925年以来,对中华职业教育社、中华平民教育促进会和中华教育改进社的资助经过与成效,并说明在国民大革命前后,南京国民政府与中基会之间的互动对中基会的事业和三大教育团体活动所造成的影响。 本文将分成四章节叙述,第一章论述中基会的资助原则以及三大教育团体接受资助的原因。第二章论述中基会办理资助的规范以及团体接受中基会资助的经过。第三章论述中基会资助团体的同时,与南京国民政府的斡旋以及造成的影响。第四章总述在艰困时局下团体利用资助所做的成效。
外文摘要:
The China Education and Culture Foundation was established in 1924. The purpose of this foundation is to promote the development of education and culture in China. This article attempts to analyze the effectiveness and support of the China Foundation for Professional Education, the Chinese Civilian Education Promotion Council and the China Education Improvement Agency since 1925, and explains the difference between the Nanjing Nationalist Government and the China National Foundation before and after the National Revolution. The impact of interaction on the cause of the Foundation and the activities of the three major education groups. This article will be divided into four chapters. The first chapter talks about the Funding Principles of the China Foundation Foundation and the reasons why the three major education groups receive funding. The second chapter talks about the regulation of funding for the Chinese Fundamental Fund and the passage of the three groups accepting funding from the China Foundation. The third chapter talks about the good offices and impacts of the Nationalist Government of Nanjing while funding the three major groups. The fourth chapter summarizes and evaluates the effectiveness of the three major education groups in making use of funding in difficult situations.
