The China Education and Culture Foundation was established in 1924. The purpose of this foundation is to promote the development of education and culture in China. This article attempts to analyze the effectiveness and support of the China Foundation for Professional Education, the Chinese Civilian Education Promotion Council and the China Education Improvement Agency since 1925, and explains the difference between the Nanjing Nationalist Government and the China National Foundation before and after the National Revolution.
