面对当前国际经济社会环境前所未有的复杂局面，我国跨国企业在“走出去”的路上面临的人权风险已然成为各方必须重视的现实问题。跨国企业进行人权合规有其合法性和必要性。当前，国际人权合规治理体系主要由以联合国系列文件及各类国际组织文件为代表的规范指南和以母国、东道国、国际性争议解决为主的规制途径组成。然而，当下许多中国跨国企业仍存在着企业整体形象有待优化、对国际治理体系参与不够、以及缺乏风险回应意识等问题，并且目前的政策也存在着较大的完善空间。对此，我国跨国企业应当加强人权合规体系建设，避免人权风险；政府应提高政策的规制力，完善规制措施；社会第三方力量也应发挥相应作用，为我国跨国企业驶向海外保驾护航。

Confronted with the unprecedented complexity of the international economic and social environment, the risks of human rights compliance faced by Chinese multinational enterprises have become a serious problem that all parties must pay attention to. There is a legal feasibility and practical necessity for multinational enterprises to build a human rights compliance system. At present, the international human rights governance system mainly consists of the guidelines represented by the United Nations series of documents and documents of various international organizations, and the regulatory mechanism based on home country, host country, and international dispute resolution organizations. However, Chinese multinational enterprises still suffer from a poor overall corporate image, insufficient participation in the international governance system, and a lack of awareness of risk response. China's current policies also leave much room for improvement. In this regard, Chinese multinational enterprises should strengthen their human rights compliance system to avoid human rights risks; the government should enhance the regulatory power of its policies and related regulatory measures; and third-party forces in society should play an appropriate role to escort Chinese multinational enterprises overseas.
