   随着经济的发展和互联网的普及,互联网消费金融在我国得以快速发展,不断渗透进居民消费的方方面面。本文从理论和实证两方面,分析和探究互联网消费金融对居民消费的影响。首先,本文通过梳理相关文献和理论,在消费金融对居民消费的影响机制的基础上,具体分析了互联网消费金融对居民消费的平滑机制、保障机制和增值机制。其次,运用2014至2018年我国31个省份(除港澳台外)的面板数据,进行固定效应模型回归分析,验证了平滑机制和增值机制对居民消费的显著影响。随后,又将31个省份分地域进行异质性分析,发现互联网消费金融对东部和西部地区的影响更为显著。最后,在上述研究结果的基础上,本文从政府、企业和消费者三个层面对如何更好地发展互联网消费金融以促进居民消费提出建议。

With the development of economy and the popularization of the Internet, the development of Internet consumer finance in China is very rapid and constantly penetrates into various aspects of resident consumption. This paper analyzes and explores the impact of Internet consumer finance on resident consumption from both theoretical and empirical aspects. First of all, this paper specifically analyzes the smoothing mechanism, security mechanism and value-added mechanism of Internet consumer finance on residents' consumption based on the influence mechanism of consumer finance on residents' consumption by combing relevant literature and theories. Secondly, using the panel data of 31 provinces in China (except Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) from 2014 to 2018, a fixed-effect model regression analysis is conducted to verify the significant impact of smoothing mechanism and value-added mechanism on resident consumption. Subsequently, the 31 provinces are divided into the eastern, central and western regions to conduct regional heterogeneity analysis. It is found that the influence of Internet consumer finance on the eastern and western regions is more significant. Finally, on the basis of the above research results, this paper puts forward suggestions on how to better develop Internet consumer finance to promote resident consumption from the three levels of government, enterprises and consumers.
