该项研究基于心理学和用户体验的角度，针对空巢老人及其家庭成员间沟通交流的模式进行探究，并运用交互设计的手段为空巢老人及其家庭成员设计了一款沟通产品。目的在于改善空巢老人因缺乏与家庭成员间的沟通而产生的孤独寂寞感，以及空巢家庭间长期缺乏亲密有效的沟通而产生的沟通疏离。该研究初期，通过对大量关于空巢老人、情感沟通以及智能交互等方面文献进行阅读整理和分析，为后期研究发展提供理论基础，发现目前研究领域的不足和待发展之处，并确定该项研究待解决的关键问题及研究框架。然后，通过问卷调研方法，针对空巢老人家庭成员发送网络问卷，目的在于发现一般性空巢家庭成员之间的沟通特点，问卷结果通过卡方分析，主要探索发现了空巢老人与其家庭成员间沟通模式的四个特点：沟通次数少，时间短，沟通质量差；沟通方式的选择和喜好上存在矛盾，可能存在客观因素的影响；老年人对智能设备的接受和使用程度较低；子女对父母的关心程度较低，沟通意愿较高。接下来，该项研究通过深度访谈的方法，对空巢老人进行了半结构式一对一访谈，并通过质性分析对访谈资料进行编码，得到影响空巢老人与家庭成员沟通的四个方面：沟通频率、沟通质量、沟通内容和电子设备使用。并在每一个模块中结合访谈资料进行分析，探究发现了老年人孤独感的来源、空巢家庭间沟通疏离的来源、以及家庭间的沟通期望。最后，该研究运用用户体验的方法，将通过问卷调研和深度访谈获得的信息结论进行了转化，分别得到了空巢老人和空巢老人子女的用户画像，并逐一探索了他们各自的需求点，将需求点整理归纳为客观需求和情感需求，分别罗列。该研究的设计部分充分考虑到目标用户的特点和遇到的问题，从需求出发，对产品外形、产品功能、交互方式和反馈机制四个方面进行探索，出符合空巢老人及其家庭成员各自需求的得出了具体的设计准则和设计方案，通过对智能硬件组装编码，设计出搭载于传统电视并可通过传统遥控器进行操作，并具有非即时性文件传输与播放、个性化反馈与提醒机制的沟通产品。

From the perspective of psychology and user experience, this study explored the communication mode between empty-nesters and their family members, and designed a communication product for empty-nesters and their family members by means of interaction design. The purpose is to remove the loneliness of empty-nesters caused by the lack of communication with family members, and the communication alienation caused by the long-term lack of close and effective communication between empty nest families. In the early stage of this study, a large number of literatures related to empty-nesters, emotional communication and intelligent interaction were reviewed, sorted out and analyzed to provide a theoretical basis for the later research and development, find deficiencies and undeveloped areas in the current research, and determine key problems which demand prompt resolution and the research framework. Then, questionnaire investigation method is used, send online questionnaires to the family members of empty nest elderly to find out the communication style in general empty nest family, the results were analyzed with chi-square and four characteristics were summarized for the communication modes among empty-nesters and their family members : fewer communication, short communication time, poor quality of communication; there is conflict between the choice of communication mode and preference, which may be influenced by objective factors; the elderly have low acceptance and use of smart devices; Children care less about their parents but have a higher willingness to communicate with them. Next, in-depth interviews were conducted to give empty-nesters semi-structured one-to-one interviews , and interview material was encoded through qualitative analysis. Four aspects that affect the communication between empty-nesters and family members were summarized: communication frequency, communication quality, communication content and the use of electronic devices. In each module interview material was analyzed to find the source of loneliness of the elderly, the source of communication alienation between empty nest families, and the communication expectation between families. Finally, this research applied the method of user experience to the information, obtained the empty nest elderly and empty-nesters user portrait of their children by transforming the information concluded from questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews, and explored their respective needs, categorized the demand points into objective needs and emotional needs, listed them separately. Part design of this study has fully considered the characteristics of the target user and problems that might be confronted, explored from four aspects which are demands, the product appearance, product function, interaction and feedback mechanism，and determined design principles and design scheme which meets the requirements of empty nest elderly and their family members. Based on the intelligent hardware assembly code, a communication product is designed which is carried by traditional television and operated by the traditional remote control, can support casual file transfer and play as well as personalized feedback and alerting mechanism.
