2021年9月，中央宣传部对中国共产党人的精神进行了系统地梳理，发布了第一批纳入中国共产党人精神谱系的伟大精神。劳模精神（劳动精神、工匠精神）以组合的方式位列其中。党的十八大以来，习近平多次对劳模精神、劳动精神、工匠精神进行论述，既明晰了劳模精神、劳动精神、工匠精神的科学内涵，也强调了其重要的历史地位和时代价值。

每一种伟大精神都不可能凭空产生。劳模精神、劳动精神、工匠精神的形成发展是在党领导下的实践、马克思理论指导、中华优秀传统文化、世界各国优秀文明交流互鉴，劳动模范、大国工匠等先进主体人格外显的相互作用下形成的。

伴随中国共产党团结带领人民进行革命、建设和改革的历程，劳动模范评选从无到有，为劳模精神的形成提供了土壤。劳模精神的科学内涵是“爱岗敬业、争创一流，艰苦奋斗、勇于创新，淡泊名利、甘于奉献”，具有岗位要求与事业追求相统一，优良传统与时代精神相统一，个人价值与社会价值相统一的特征。在中国共产党奋斗征程中，劳动模范以模范行动成为各行各业中的“一面旗帜”，以崇高品格成为各个时代的“精神风向标”，以无限忠诚成为党联系广大群众的“桥梁”。劳模精神围绕中心任务，服务于党和国家发展大局，发挥带头作用，彰显我国工人阶级先进性，促进精神文明建设，弘扬了社会主义核心价值观。

中国共产党尊重劳动、尊重创造的光荣传统有效培育了劳动精神。随着社会的发展和时代的变迁，社会上一定程度上存在劳动认同、劳动技能、劳动道德的困境。劳动精神具有重要的现实针对性，是对劳动观念的正本清源。劳动精神的科学内涵是“崇尚劳动、热爱劳动、辛勤劳动、诚实劳动”，具有理论性与实践性相统一、民族性与世界性相统一、历史性与现实性相统一的特征。纵观中国共产党的劳动奋斗史，劳动精神焕发了劳动群众献身革命生产的劳动热情，凝聚了投身国家建设的磅礴伟力，为劳动教育的开展提供了丰富滋养。

工匠精神是中华民族尊崇的优良传统。中国共产党始终重视对工匠精神的培育。新时代推动高质量发展，建设制造强国，推进科技自立自强都对劳动者素质提出了新的要求，迫切呼唤工匠精神。工匠精神的科学内涵是“执着专注、精益求精、一丝不苟、追求卓越”，彰显了职业精神与人生境界相统一、劳动主体与物质客体相统一、制作制造与创新创造相统一的特征。工匠精神为赢得革命胜利提供了精神支撑，为推进经济建设提供了强劲动力，为助力科技自立自强提供了有力支持，为丰富时代精神提供了重要素材。

劳模精神、劳动精神、工匠精神的共性是其共同进入中国共产党人精神谱系的根本所在。劳模精神、劳动精神、工匠精神在理论渊源、文化赓续、生成逻辑、核心内涵、精神主体、价值意蕴上具有一致性。劳动精神、工匠精神在新时代正式提出显示了其区别于劳模精神的鲜明特色。劳模精神具有政治性、引领性，劳动精神具有群众性、普遍性；工匠精神具有专业性、精准性。劳动精神是劳模精神、工匠精神的思想基础，劳模精神是劳动精神、工匠精神的典型呈现，工匠精神是劳模精神、劳动精神的深化发展，共同构筑新时代劳动价值观、劳动实践观、劳动教育观。

劳模精神、劳动精神、工匠精神是中国共产党领导全国各族人民创造发展成就的强大精神力量，是以爱国主义为核心的民族精神和以改革创新为核心的时代精神的生动体现，是马克思主义劳动观中国化时代化的成果；也是助力中国式现代化建设，促进产业工人和高素质劳动大军建设，培养德智体美劳全面发展的时代新人，涵养积极作为社会风气的重要精神支撑，具有重要的历史意义与时代价值。在新的历史条件下，面对世界百年未有之大变局，必须大力传承和赓续劳模精神、劳动精神、工匠精神。通过不断深化学理研究、做好宣传教育、推动政策落实、完善制度保障、深化技术革新、搭建成长平台、推进劳动教育、改进职业教育等途径，推动劳模精神、劳动精神、工匠精神在新时代具体实践中释放出理论魅力与实践伟力。

In 2021, the Publicity Department of the Communist Party of China conducted a systematic review of the revolutionary spirit of the Chinese Communists, including revolutionary spirits as the first batch to be included in the spiritual lineage of the Chinese Communists. Among them, the spirit of model worker, the spirit of labor and the spirit of craftsman are among them in the way of combination.

No great spirit can be created out of thin air. The formation and development of the model worker spirit, the spirit of labor, and the spirit of craftsman are formed under the leadership of the Party's century-old struggle practice, the guidance of Marx's theory, the fine traditional culture of the Chinese nation, the exchange and mutual learning of fine civilizations in the world, and the extraordinary interaction of advanced main body masters such as model workers and artisans in major countries.

Along with the process of the Communist Party of China uniting and leading the people to carry out revolution, construction and reform, the selection of model workers has grown from scratch, providing soil for the generation of the spirit of model workers. In the extensive practice under the leadership of the Communist Party of China, the spirit of model workers embodies a profound scientific essence, encapsulated in the principles of "devotion with love, pursuit of excellence, perseverance through diligent work, bravery in innovation, disregard for fame and fortune, and readiness to contribute", with the characteristics of the unity of post requirements and career pursuit, the unity of fine tradition and the spirit of The Times, and the unity of personal value and social value. In the 100-year struggle of the Communist Party of China, model workers have become "a banner" in all walks of life with exemplary actions, "spiritual vane" in all times with lofty character, and "bridge" between the Party and the masses with infinite loyalty. The spirit of model workers focuses on the central task, serves the overall development of the Party and the country, plays a leading role, demonstrates the advanced nature of the working class in China, promotes spiritual civilization, and carries forward the core values of socialism.

The Communist Party of China's glorious tradition of respecting work and creation has effectively nurtured the spirit of work. The spirit of labor is not only a reflection of the concept of the existing labor conditions, but also contains the transcendent requirements of the existing labor reality. With the development of the society and the changes of The Times, there is a crisis of labor identity, labor skills, labor ethics and labor education in the society to some extent. Labor spirit has important realistic pertinence and is the original source of labor cognition in the new era. Advocating for labor, cultivating a reverence for it, tirelessly engaging in diligent work, and upholding the virtue of honesty in labor practices; such an ethic inherently possesses a foundational theoretical framework. Throughout the history of the Communist Party of China's hard work, the spirit of work has revitalized the enthusiasm of the working people to devote themselves to revolutionary production, condensed the great power to participate in national construction, and provided rich nourishment for the youth to carry out labor education.

The craftsman spirit is a fine tradition revered by the Chinese nation. The Communist Party of China has always attached importance to the inheritance and development of the craftsman spirit. In the new era, promoting high-quality development, building a strong manufacturing country, and promoting scientific and technological self-reliance have put forward new requirements for the quality of workers and urgently call for the spirit of craftsmanship. The scientific connotation of craftsman spirit is perseverance, excellence, meticulousness and the pursuit of excellence. The craftsman spirit shows the unity of professional spirit and life realm, the unity of labor subject and material object, and the unity of manufacturing and innovation and creation. The craftsman spirit provided a solid backing for the victory of the revolution, a strong driving force for the promotion of economic construction, and a human guarantee for the self-reliance of science and technology.

The commonness among model worker spirit, labor spirit and craftsman spirit is the root of their common entry into the revolutionary spirit pedigree of the Communist Party of China. The spirit of model worker, spirit of labor and spirit of craftsman have similarities in theoretical origin, cultural continuance, logic of generation, core connotation, spiritual subject and value implication. Labor spirit and craftsman spirit are put forward in the new era, which shows that they are different from model worker spirit. The spirit of model worker is political and leading, and the spirit of labor is mass and universal. The craftsman spirit is professional and precise. Labor spirit is the ideological basis of model worker spirit and craftsman spirit, model worker spirit is the typical presentation of labor spirit and craftsman spirit, craftsman spirit is the innovative development of model worker spirit and labor spirit, and jointly build a new era of labor values, labor practice view and labor education view.

The spirit of model worker, labor spirit, and craftsman is a powerful spiritual force that the Communist Party of China leads the people of all ethnic groups in China to create development achievements. It is a vivid reflection of the national spirit with patriotism as the core and the spirit of The Times with reform and innovation as the core. It is also an important part of the new era that leads the construction of industrial workers and a high-quality labor force and the all-round development of moral, intellectual, physical, American and labor. It has great historical significance and time value. Under the new historical conditions, facing the great changes not seen in a century, we must vigorously inherit and continue the spirit of model workers, labor spirit and craftsman spirit. By continuously deepening academic research, promoting policy implementation, improving system guarantee, deepening technological innovation, carrying out skills competition, promoting labor education, improving vocational education, enriching propaganda carriers, telling good example stories and other approaches, we can effectively promote the spirit of model workers, labor spirit, and craftsman spirit to release theoretical charm and practical power in concrete practice in the new era.
