20世纪80年代,国外教育界兴起了做反思型教师的教育思潮,并形成了“教学反思”的理念,成为教师专业化发展的一种主流思想,为教师专业发展及教育工作带来了新的生机。国内的新课程改革,也要求教师运用“教学反思”理念来提高教师的专业水平,以适应国内教育形势的发展。在这种大背景下,本论文定位于通过研究和借鉴前人“教学反思”的成果,用“教学反思”的理念,结合我国思想品德课教师的专业发展,探讨一些切实可行的做法。反思的内容很多,本文仅对初中思想品德课程的教学进行分析,并且选择近几年来教师常用的课堂录像手段,运用“教学反思”理念对其进行分析,以期获得促进教师专业发展的有效方法。全文分六部分内容: 第一部分 通过对核心概念“反思”、“教学反思”、“教学录像反思法”的解读,分析国内外研究的现状,说明论文写作的意义。第二部分 探索了教学录像反思法的特点和教学录像反思的内容。第三部分 结合思想品德课教学的目的和教学的特点阐述了思想品德课教学录像反思法的内涵和特征。第四部分 说明思想品德课教师运用“教学录像反思法”的操作模式:编写教案,教学实践和录像,反复观察课堂教学录像进行反思评价,对照教学设计和课堂实录确定反思研究的问题并进行理论学习和研究,修改教案重新实践。第五部分 依据教学录像反思的基本模式,呈现一个具体的教学录像反思案例,对实践者的课堂教学行为进行系统化的观察和分析。第六部分 总结研究中出现的问题,指出今后发展的方向。

Since 1980s, a trend of being a reflective teacher has emerged in the field of education in foreign countries while the concept of “teaching reflection” was forming at the same time, which has become a mainstream in the development of teaching specialization and brought fresh air for the teaching and education development. The education curricula reform in China also calls for teachers using the thought of teaching reassessment to improve their teaching level in order to adapt for the development of education in China-Refering to the former study and the concept of teaching reflection, in connection with the development of mentality and moral teaching specialization in China, this paper focuses on probing suitable ways against the background. Teaching reassessment consists of many parts, this paper just means to analyze the mentality and moral teaching in junior high school. Using video in the class, the popular way of teaching in recent years, is selected in the paper and is analyzed by using the concept of “teaching reflection”, so that the effective way which is good for promoting the development of teaching specialization can be found.Part I Explain the concepts of “reflection”, “teaching reflection through video”, so as to analysis the status of research in this field, and explain the significance of the paper.Part II Probe the characteristics and contents of video reflective teaching .Part III In connection with the purpose and characteristics of mentality and moral teaching,explain the essence and features of video reflection in mentality and moral education.Part IV Illustrate the operating mold of “video reflective teaching” used by teachers of mentality and moral :teaching case composition, teaching practice and videoing, evaluating and reassessing after observing the class video, selecting the problems to study and reassess according to study the teaching design and the class video ,modifying the teaching case and then practicing again .Part V Present a specific video- reflective teaching case, and make analysis on the process, find out problems and sort out solution.Part VI Summarize the problems existing in the research and give direction for future development.
