手机移动支付已成为日常使用的主要支付方式,随着移动支付情境不断丰富,现有的手机移动支付服务和安全验证技术发展难以适应逐渐增多的移动支付情境,且现有研究中缺少对于手机支付安全体验的设计准则指导。如何改善用户在不同情境中的移动支付安全体验成为值得研究的问题。因此本研究将青年用户作为研究对象,通过用户研究、概念设计和评估测试三个阶段,对手机移动支付安全体验进行研究,为各类移动支付情境下手机移动支付安全体验设计提出设计准则。在用户研究阶段,采用深度访谈法和问卷法相结合,对十四名用户的访谈结果进行三级编码,并进行类属分析得到用户对验证方式和支付方式的偏好,总结得出未经许可的支付、交易错误、隐私泄露、设备和移动网络不稳定为移动支付主要安全体验问题。随后发放218份调研问卷进行验证,结果显示不同手机系统对支付安全体验有显著影响。在概念设计阶段,结合用户访谈和问卷分析结果,进行情景分析,提取出十一条手机移动支付安全体验设计准则。选取通勤、日常购物情境,运用设计准则对该情境下的痛点提出设计方案。评估测试阶段使用概念原型、场景后问卷(ASQ)和系统可用性(SUS)量表,邀请十名用户进行概念测试评估,并根据反馈对设计方案进行迭代,测试结果表明优化后的支付流程安全体验有所提升。验证了支付流程连续性、缩短常用功能操作路径等设计准则在通勤、日常购物情境中的适用性。 |

Mobile payment has become
the main payment method in daily use. With the continuous enrichment of mobile
payment scenarios, the development of existing mobile payment services and
security verification technology is difficult to adapt to the increasing mobile
payment scenarios, and there is a lack of mobile payment in existing research.
Guidelines for designing safety experience. How to improve the user's mobile
payment security experience in different situations has become a problem worthy
of research. Therefore, this study takes young users as the research object,
and through three stages of user research, conceptual design, and evaluation
and testing, researches on the security experience of mobile payment, and
proposes design guidelines for the design of mobile payment security experience
in various mobile payment scenarios. In the user research stage, a combination
of in-depth interviews and questionnaires was used to perform three-level
coding on the interview results of fourteen users, and a category analysis was
performed to obtain users’ preferences for verification methods and payment
methods. Payment, transaction errors, privacy leaks, equipment, and mobile
network instability are the main security experience problems of mobile
payment. Subsequently, 218 survey questionnaires were issued for verification,
and the results showed that different mobile phone systems have a significant
impact on the payment security experience. In the conceptual design stage,
combined with the results of user interviews and questionnaire analysis, the
scenario analysis was carried out, and eleven mobile payment security
experience design guidelines were extracted. Select commuting and daily
shopping scenarios and use design criteria to propose design solutions for the
pain points in this scenario. In the evaluation and testing phase, the concept
prototype, post-scenario questionnaire (ASQ), and system usability (SUS) scale
were used, and ten users were invited to conduct a concept test evaluation. The
test results show that the optimized payment process security experience has
been improved, and the design is based on feedback the plan is iterated. The
applicability of design principles such as the continuity of the payment
process and shortening the operation path of common functions in commuting and
daily shopping situations is verified.
