中国的宏观调控日益加强,国有企业的竞争压力日益加大。国有企业要在市场上取得发展,就必须具备自身的核心能力,在经营管理、产品开发、营销等各方面都要具备一定的实力。其中,绩效管理对于国企的健康、可持续发展起到十分重要的作用。绩效管理在实施战略、培养和发展人才方面发挥着至关重要的作用,它不仅可以提升员工的工作表现,增强企业的竞争力,而且是实现企业战略目标的关键。在当今激烈的市场竞争环境中,绩效管理的重要性更加凸显。 随着中国经济的发展,房地产业受到了越来越多的社会关注和规范,房地产企业面对的市场压力日益加大,所处的市场环境也日趋复杂。DA房地产经纪公司成立于2001年11月12日,是一家以数据为导向的物业服务平台,专业从事二手房、新房、租房等中介业务的国有企业。DA公司凭借多年的专业经验和不懈努力,已经成为房地产中介行业的领导者,在行业中处于领先地位。当前DA公司内部绩效管理存在公司战略和部门职能理解混淆不清,绩效管理内部控制存在漏洞;内部绩效管理认知不统一,专业度差;公司目标不明确,倡导侧重鼓励而非淘汰等方面的问题,也是DA公司急切需要解决的问题。 鉴于此,笔者从第一视角以DA公司内部绩效管理优化为研究对象,运用文献研究、问卷调查结合访谈等研究方法,从目标、原则、评价、反馈、结果应用等方面对DA公司的绩效管理进行探究;通过对DA公司内部绩效管理的深入探究,以及对其存在的问题进行全面的分析,我们将构建一套完善的、适应公司发展的内部绩效管理体系,并且重新设置相应的绩效指标,完善绩效管理流程,加强对员工的绩效管理,以期望最终提升公司的经济效益,并且为其他公司提供一个可以借鉴的模板,以便更好地推动公司的发展。 |

In order to achieve development in the market, state-owned enterprises must have their own core capabilities, and have certain strength in operation and management, product development, marketing and other aspects. Among them, human resource management, especially performance management, plays a very important role in the healthy and sustainable development of state-owned enterprises. In the process of strategy implementation, training and development of talents, performance management plays a pivotal role. Enterprise performance management is the key to improve employee performance, enhance enterprise competitiveness, and achieve enterprise strategic goals. Especially in the current market competition environment, performance management is more important. With the development of China's economy, the real estate industry has received more and more social attention and norms, and the real estate enterprises are facing increasing market pressure, and the market environment is becoming more and more complex. DA real estate brokerage company was established on November 12,2001, is a data-oriented property service platform, specializing in second-hand housing, new house, rental housing and other intermediary business. Through years of deep cultivation in the real estate field, DA company has become a leader in the real estate agency industry. At present, DA Company internal performance management has confusion of corporate strategy and department functions, and loopholes in internal control of performance management; focusing on encouragement rather than elimination, which is also the problem that DA Company urgently needs to solve. for that reason, From the first perspective, Using literature research, questionnaire survey, combined with interview and other research methods, Explore the performance management of DA company from the aspects of objectives, principles, evaluation, feedback and results application; Find out the problems and causes of DA internal performance management, Thus develop the internal performance management system in line with enterprise development, Reconstruction of the performance index system and its weight, Optimize the performance management process, Focus on performance planning, performance monitoring and guidance, performance evaluation, performance feedback and performance evaluation results, To improve the operating performance and operating efficiency of DA Company, Provide a practical blueprint for peers, It can also provide a useful theoretical basis for similar enterprises to establish a reasonable and efficient performance management system. |
