随着社会的动态变化性越来越强，生涯适应力在人的发展过程中发挥着越来越重要的作用，高中生处于生涯发展的重要时期，而父母的生涯期待以及亲子之间生涯期待的一致性在青少年生涯建构过程中都起着重要作用。论文在梳理与父母生涯期待与高中生生涯适应力及亲子生涯一致性等相关的文献的基础上，采用定量的问卷调查法展开研究，向北京市D中学446名高中生发放《父母生涯期待与高中生生涯适应力调查问卷》，对父母生涯期待与高中生生涯适应力之间的关系进行分析，证明亲子生涯一致性在父母生涯期待对高中生生涯适应力的影响中发挥显著的调节作用，在父母生涯期待值相同的情况下，高亲子生涯一致性家庭的子女会比低亲子生涯一致性家庭的子女有更优越的生涯适应力；家长应注重与子女的沟通，从而使父母生涯期待对高中生的生涯适应力产生积极的影响。

With the dynamic change of society becoming stronger, career adaptability plays a more important role in the process of human development. High school students are in a vital period of career development, and parent’s career expectations and adolescent-parent career congruence play a significant role in the process of adolescent career construction. On the basis of sorting out the literature related to parental expectation, career adaptability and adolescent-parent career congruence of senior high school students, this paper adopts quantitative questionnaire survey to carry on the research, and issues questionnaire on Parental Expectation and Career Adaptability of Senior High School Students to 446 senior high school students in Beijing D Middle school. This paper analyzes the relationship between parents' career expectation and high school students' career adaptability, and proves that adolescent-parent career congruence plays a significant regulating role in the influence of parents' career expectation on high school students' career adaptability. In the case of the same parental expectation, the children of the family with high parent-child career consistency will have better career adaptability than the children of the family with low parent-child career consistency. Parents should pay more attention to the communication with their children, so that the parents' career expectation has a positive impact on the career adaptability of high school students.
