吸附是固体表面对气体或液体分子的附着现象。吸附树脂是吸附剂中重要的一族,是一类具有巨大比表面积、功能多样、易于再生的高分子吸附材料,广泛用于水质净化、有效成分富集、天然产物提取等领域。其高物理及化学稳定性、高选择性、简单的制备工艺、多样的改性策略使其受到了广泛关注。自上世纪中后期被发明以来,吸附树脂已经成为医药、军工、化工等行业不可或缺的部分。

本论文选取了不同原料,合成了苯乙烯系和酚醛系2种吸附材料。将聚苯乙烯包覆于纤维布上,系统探究了使纤维布上的聚苯乙烯交联的工艺;对纤维布上交联后的聚苯乙烯进行了磺化,通过功能化改性制备了磺化聚苯乙烯包覆的纤维布;利用其吸附气相中的氨气,探究了其吸附性能,选用了本科生基础实验中的甲醛法测定了其对于氨气的吸附容量。通过在聚合过程中添加间苯二酚,一步制备了酚醛树脂颗粒,并探究了其制备工艺。 |

Adsorption is the phenomenon of adhesion of solid surfaces to molecules of gases or liquids. Adsorbent resins are an important family of adsorbents, which are a class of polymeric adsorbent materials with huge specific surface area, diverse functions and easy regeneration, which are widely used in water purification, active ingredient enrichment, natural product extraction and many other fields. Their high physical as well as chemical stability, high selectivity, simple preparation process, and various modification strategies have attracted much attention of researchers. Since its invention in the middle and late last century, adsorbent resins have become an indispensable part of the medical treatment, military, and chemical industries.

In this thesis, 2 types of adsorbent materials, which are styrene-based and phenolic-based respectively, were synthesized by selecting different precursors. The polystyrene was coated on fiber cloth, and the process of cross-linking the polystyrene on fiber cloth was systematically investigated. The polystyrene cross-linked on fiber cloth was functionalized by sulfonation; the adsorption properties of ammonia in the gas phase were investigated by using them, and the adsorption capacity of ammonia was determined by the formaldehyde method in the basic undergraduate experiments. The phenolic resin particles were prepared in one step by adding resorcinol in the polymerization process, and the preparation process was explored. |
