Tuberculosis is an infectious disease that poses a serious health risk to human beings, and the Chinese government at all levels attaches great importance to the prevention and treatment of tuberculosis, the key to successful prevention and treatment lies in standardized treatment and effective management. Traditional medication management models such as self-management, pill box reminder, telephone reminder, and WeChat group reminder have a single form of interaction, easily distorted information, and easily leaked privacy, which weaken the medication management function and lead to poor medication adherence of tuberculosis patients. In order to solve the problem of tuberculosis treatment compliance, this study plans to use psychological intervention methods combined with information technology applications to design a tuberculosis intelligent management APP with good human-computer interaction performance, easy to use and high efficiency, in order to improve the self-management ability of tuberculosis patients mainly in terms of medication adherence. Therefore, it is crucial to explore the main factors influencing tuberculosis patients' medication adherence using psychological methods, and to design and evaluate the user experience of a tuberculosis intelligent management APP based on voice interaction and electronic text creation technology (OCR technology).
﹀
In this study, the target users were adults aged 18 to 70 years old and below who were normal thinking and were receiving medication for tuberculosis diagnosis. The study began with interviews with medical experts to understand the current status of medication adherence and management of tuberculosis patients, evaluation of effectiveness, and demand for innovative product performance and management models. At the same time, a questionnaire was used to understand the basic knowledge of tuberculosis patients, the current situation of medication adherence and timely follow-up, and the treatment of adverse reactions after taking medication, and to summarize the objective and subjective factors affecting the poor medication adherence of tuberculosis patients: poor knowledge of tuberculosis prevention and treatment, unreasonable medication reminder, reluctance of management staff to visit the home for fear of misunderstanding, or resistance of medical and nursing staff to take medication through the objective and subjective factors were: deep knowledge of tuberculosis prevention and treatment, unreasonable ways of reminding patients to take their medication, reluctance to visit the clinic for fear of misunderstanding, or resistance to management by medical and nursing staff through telephone and WeChat groups, inability to accurately judge the degree and grade of adverse drug reactions. In-depth interviews were conducted to understand the main factors of patients' poor medication adherence and the demand for the development of intelligent tuberculosis management products that are relatively complete, easy to use, effective in protecting privacy, and can effectively improve medication adherence. Finally, based on the above interviews and findings, we summarized the elements that tuberculosis patients wanted to improve their self-management ability mainly in terms of medication adherence, drew a portrait of the users, refined the relevant design points, outlined the architecture of the tuberculosis intelligent management APP, analyzed the interaction process using psychological knowledge, created the interface prototype, and completed the development of the target APP; after the APP interface was developed, user experience was conducted. Complete the product test. The test results show that the intelligent tuberculosis management APP, which includes intelligent voice, OCR technology and interface interaction, can strengthen the self-management ability of tuberculosis patients, improve medication compliance and increase the cure rate of tuberculosis. |
