高校教师信息管理是一项既重要又困难、繁杂的工作［１］。基于ASP［２］+Access的教师信息管理系统的开发目标是使教师信息管理更加科学化、规范化。系统基于B/S模式架构,采用Access数据库和Dreamweaver开发工具在winXP下进行开发。系统实现了用户对数据的基本操作，包括查询和导出功能，规范了教师信息的管理，大大减轻了管理员的工作量，节省了人力物力。 |

The work,managing archives of teachers in university or college,is hard but important.So we design a college teacher management information system which based on ASP+Access.The system adopted the browser/server architecture,combined access database and Dreamwaver to develop on winXP,exported to Excel to create report.After apply to realistic,the system seem to be more scientific,more normative and more efficient. |
