教研活动是幼儿园教研工作的重要组成部分。它是园所提升教育质量,教师实现专业化发展的重要途径。但当前幼儿园教研活动的开展,却存在以园内教研为主,缺少园际间交流,以及缺乏专业人士引领的情况。本研究通过观察法、文本分析法和访谈法,以高校专家引领,多园所参与开展教研活动,分析该教研活动的优势,探索该教研活动的可行性、有效性、基本要素、基本条件及有效程序等。综合对所观察教师的行为表现、访谈教师及园长收集的资料进行分析,可以得出以下结论: 1.高校专家引领、多园所参与的教研活动有满足教师及园所渴求专业上引领的需求,打破园内教研的封闭性,促进园际及教师合作交流的优势。 2.高校专家引领、多园所参与的教研活动中,教师有较高的参与度、积极性;提升了园长的教研引导能力,增加了园所间交流、学习的经验;促进了教师对活动组织材料的利用,提高了教师设计、组织活动的能力,纠正了教师错误的教育观念。对园所及教师专业发展产生了积极的影响,是一种有效的教研活动形式。 3.高校专家引领、多园所参与的教研活动的基本要素有:专家、园所及教师有共同的愿景,专家、园所、教师间有良好的研讨氛围,教研活动中的成员构成及角色定位适宜,学习和反思及实践循环的研讨方式。高校专家引领、多园所参与的教研活动的基本条件是:有组织的、民主的合作研讨环境,内部各要素的相互作用以及外部条件的支持。高校专家引领、多园所参与的教研活动的有效程序是:确定教研主题和内容,专家理论与实践指导,教师实践,集体交流与研讨,行为跟进。

Teaching and research activities are an important part of the kindergarten teaching and research work. It is an important way to improve the kindergarten education,and teachers to achieve professional development. But to carry out teaching and research activities in the current nursery, exist in the park and research based, lack of interpersonal exchanges between the park and the lack of professionals led.In this study, action research paradigm, leading to university experts, and more parks are involved in carrying out research activities, analysis of the advantages of the teaching and research activities, and to explore the feasibility of the teaching and research activities, the effectiveness, the basic elements of the basic conditions and effective procedures. Integrated on the observed behavior of teachers, teachers and principals interview data collected for analysis, the following conclusions can be drawn. 1.Leading experts in universities, and more involved in teaching and research activities kindergarten teachers and kindergarten have a desire to meet the professional needs of the lead, breaking the closed nature of teaching and research park to promote the advantages of garden interpersonal and cooperation and exchange of teachers. 2.Leading experts in universities, multi-park is involved in teaching and research activities, teachers have a higher degree of participation, enthusiasm; enhance the ability of the principal to guide teaching and research, increased exchanges and learning experience between kindergarten; promote the activities of tissue material for teachers utilization, improve teachers' ability to design and organize activities, correcting erroneous concepts of education of teachers. Park clinics for teachers' professional development has had a positive impact, it is an effective form of teaching and research activities.3.Leading university experts, the basic elements involved in multi-kindergarten teaching and research activities are: shared vision specialists, garden clinics teachers, kindergarten teachers and experts to lead seminars atmosphere of collaboration, teaching and research activities of the membership and role, learning and reflection research methods and practices of the loop.Leading experts in universities, teaching and research activities of the basic conditions for the participation of multiple parks are: organized and pro-democracy discuss cooperation environment, the interaction of the various elements of internal as well as external conditions.Leading experts in universities, teaching and research activities of the program and more effective park are involved are: identification of themes, expert lectures, teacher practice, reflection seminars, conduct follow-up.
