本研究采用实证研究方法,对一所高等职业技术学院教职工群体的学校组织文化水平进行了调查,并初步探讨了相关影响因素,提出相应的管理建议。本研究集中要解决的问题是:1.对校园文化的文献进行梳理;2.检验丹尼尔.丹尼森的组织文化测量模型在学校组织中的适用性;3.对案例学校组织文化现状进行诊断。研究主要采用问卷调查法,收集的数据通过SPSS10.0统计软件进行分析。研究结论如下:1.丹尼尔.丹尼森《企业文化组织模型》在学校教师群体中具有一定的适用性,问卷信度较高。2.性别与能力发展和协调与整合之间存在显著性差异,并且成微弱的显著性正相关;3.年龄与目标之间存在微弱的显著性正相关;4.教龄与组织学习和目标之间存在显著性差异,并与目标有微弱正相关;5.最后学历与能力发展、核心价值、目标、愿景之间存在显著性差异;6.职称与目标之间存在显著性差异和微弱负相关;7.职务与能力发展、协调与整合、创造变革之间存在显著性差异,与关注客户、战略方向、目标、愿景之间存在负相关。建议:从性别角度看,加强对男性教师的学校组织文化的相关宣传和教育;从年龄角度看,加强对31-40岁和50岁以上的教师群体的宣传和教育;从学历角度看,加强对低学历人群的宣传和教育;从岗位角度看,加强对教学岗位教师的宣传和教育。
外文摘要:
This research used the empirical study method to do a survey about school organizational culture level in a higher vocational and technical college.After dicussing the relevant factors,it put forward management proposals.This research focused on the following three taskes:make a clear literature carding of school organizational culture;judge whether Daniel R. Denison’s questionnaire about organizational culture can be suitably used in schools;make an analysis of the status of the case school. The researcher carried on the investigation through questionnaire survey. The data collected was conducted statistically via SPSS 10.0 software.There are several findings as follows: 1.Denison’s modified questionnaire proved both of good validity and reliability in the target group.It is quite suitable in schools’ using.2.There is positive correlation between gender and capability development,gender and coordination & integration.3.There is positive correlation between age and goals & objectives.4.There is positive correlation between years of engaging in teaching and organizational learning,goals& objectives.5.There is positive correlation between qualification level and capability development, core values, goals & objectives, vision.6.There is positive correlation between the title of a technical post and goals & objectives.7.There is positive correlation between principalship and capability development, coordination & integration, creating change;a negative correlation between principalship and customer focus, strategic direction & intent, goals & objectives, vision.Suggestions:pay more attention to male staff, the staff with the age among 31-40 year-old and 50 year-old above groups,low qualification level staff,staff engaging in teaching.These kinds of group always gained low mark in the school organizational culture investigation.They should be given positive guidance,indoctrination, education about correlative knowledge.
