数字经济的发展对中国消费模式、消费水平的影响巨大而深远,家庭教 育支出作为家庭最重要的消费支出之一,也受到了数字经济发展的影响。文章通过熵值法和 NBI 方法构建了 2014-2018 年中国省际数字经济指数,结合CFPS2014 年和 2018 年的调查数据,构建固定效应模型,研究了数字经济对家庭教育支出的影响。结果表明,首先,数字经济显著促进了家庭教育总支出、课外辅导费及学校教育支出,并改变了学校教育支出的结构。其次,对于数字经济影响家庭教育支出的机制,文章发现数字经济提高了教育期望,从而显著提升家庭教育支出。第三,通过分样本回归,发现数字经济可以缓解由城乡差异、家庭资本差异等非自致性因素带来的教育不平等,但无法改善由父母学历等与家庭接受、利用数字经济的能力相关的因素带来的教育不平等。未来,政府应继续推进数字经济与学校教育、课外辅导的结合,创造更多教育选择。同时,加强乡村教师的数字使用素养,加大对数字经济的普及和宣传力度,缩小不同群体对数字经济的适应能力的差异。

外文摘要:

The development of digital economy has a huge and far-reaching impact on the consumption pattern and level of China. As one of the most important consumption expenditures of a family, the family education expenditure is also affected by the development of digital economy. Entropy method and NBI method were used to construct China's inter-provincial digital economy index from 2014 to。2018. This paper use the survey data of CFPS2014 and CFPS2018 and built a fixed-effect model to study the impact of digital economy on family expenditure. The results show that, first of all, digital economy has significantly promoted the
total expenditure of family education, extracurricular tutoring and school education expenditure, and changed the structure of school education expenditure. Secondly, as for the mechanism, the paper finds that digital economy raises education expectation, thus significantly increasing family education expenditure. Third, by。subsample regression, it is found that the educational inequity brought by non-self-induced factors such as urban-rural difference and family capital difference can be alleviated by digital economy, but it can not improve the educational inequity brought by factors related to families' ability to accept and
utilize the digital economy, such as parents' educational background. The
government should continue to promote the integration of the digital economy with school education and extracurricular tutoring to create more educational options. At the same time, the government should strengthen the digital literacy of rural teachers and the popularization and publicity of digital economy, and narrow the differences in the adaptability of different groups to the digital economy.
