社会企业,是处于发展初期阶段的新生企业形态，其存在及发展具有巨大的社会意义,如何给予社会企业一个健康的成长环境，并给予高效正确的引导,最后推动其解决一定社会问题，是我们需要深度思考的。社会企业作为企业形态，体现了第二、第三产业协同带动转变，同时社会企业的生存和发展问题也能体现国家创新驱动发展战略，对现时我国经济发展具有一定实际意义。本论文首先结合社会企业的传统、定义，类型划分等问题对社会企业本身进行了有系统的梳理，根据深入访谈和调查表格结果，显示表明中国的社会企业生存发展存在一定困难。同时，通过对案例的引用和进行的一定实证考察,找出社会企业生存发展的主要困难存在于其市场竞争、供求、税收压力、进入退出市场、人力劳动统筹等方面，在对实际经营中的已有困难进行揭示后，分别结合微观经济研究方法进行了分析并提供了解决的思路，最后，针对现有公益创投模式对社会企业发展的可行性影响，提出了相关的建议。

Such as supply and demand, tax pressure, human labor, the market exiting, etc., after revealing of existing difficulties in actual operation, it combined with microeconomic research methods and provides a train of thought. On the basis of this, the paper finally puts forward relevant policy Suggestions.
