强奸案中的女性被害人是一种特殊类型被害人，对其而言，隐私权是一项非常重要而又易受侵害的基本权利，但我国对此尚缺乏细致、有效的保护性规定，因此，有必要制定完善的措施予以保护。纵观域外，许多国家和地区对强奸案中被害人隐私权保护进行了针对性的立法。在我国,基于尊重和保障人权的任务,要切实保护强奸案中被害人的隐私权，需要在侦查有限公开、审判不公开、媒体报道限制规则和社会支持体系等方面提出进行立法完善。

However, there are not detailed and effective measures to protect it. Making a change is urgent. Many countries and regions has made targeted legislation to protect the privacy right of victims in rape cases. In China, legislation should be improved in the aspects of detection limited open, trial not open, rules of limitation of news reports and social support system to protect the privacy right of victims in rape cases to consider the responsibility to respect and protect human right.
